Came in to trade in my phone was told through promotion i would receive 750 off was like yes absolutely leave the store get a call saying oh we made a mistake you had a line to get that deal. So pretty much because of their error i was more or less swindled into buying a phone. Sales associate was very nice as was everyone in there but their error has cost me a lot of money and their remedy of 100 dollar credit off my bill is laughable as well as unacceptable.

Got here and Jason absolutely took care of us. He was very professional and super knowledgeable about all the products and deals. He got everything we needed and gave us the best deals he could find. Excellent customer service. Love IT

I went in today and was greeted immediately by the manager Kevin, and within a few minutes I was helped by Miss Sally. I had a slight complication with a trade-in and they helped me with no problem. The service I received today is exactly why T-Mobile will always have my business, thank you both so much for your help today and for making everything simple and clear !!!!!!!!

I went in today because my phone died suddenly and wouldn’t turn on even after being charged. I needed HELP! I had two extra kiddos with me and I don’t know the area, so I pulled into the mall and hoped there might be a repair shop. Instead, I saw the bright pink T Mobile sign and breathed a sigh of relief!!I went in (probably looking a bit panicky) and Michaela came right up and greeted me kindly. I told her the situation and she fixed it in two minutes! It was a simple fix, she taught me how to do it myself next time.I asked her if there was an extra way for me to thank her and she said “you could leave a review on Google if you’d like”. So here I am, saying THANK YOU MICHAELA!!!! You’ll never know how much that simple fix changed my whole day.New customer for life.

Very helpful staff. We went there to change our service from another provider. Got 3 new phones, a more competitive plan and a cheaper per month cost. No issues with the service. Would definitely recommend T-mobile.

The reason why I gave you guys 3 Stars because there is one of the employee (A guy with brown hair always not smiling and so mean) that always keep asking about my ID even tho I’m giving him the number the pin code and everything… WHY WOULD I PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE THE RECEIPT ? I come a lot since I work at the mall and he asked me now for like 6 Times (the only employee that ask me about my ID)

The first time we went an associate answered all of our questions regarding an update. My daughter forgot her phone & we had to return at a later time. When we returned we went to the same associate & he was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and made a process, that can normally be long, seem fast & enjoyable.

Customer service sucks including through person in charge .. I have a business acct for over 12 plus yrs with 5 lines sad to say sold me the wrong item accessories tried to return it at 15 th day wont accept it ...
