Awful customer service. The associate I was working with. Had a attitude and was taking an extensive amount of time to active my two phones. I was being ask the same information repeatedly. When I ask to speak with the operator from T-Mobile. She was on the phone with. She got mad and loudly says. I'm not activating your phones. That I need to leave the store and walked away. Another associate approach me asking me to leave. This individual took thier name tag off. While she was speaking to me. People only hide who they are. When they know they're in the wrong and or feel shame. There are always bad apples in the bunch. I told her I would inform corporate. On the level of disrespect and she said I don't care. She would not give me her name, so I took a picture of her before I left. She didn't care. I hope corporate does. If so, I'm sure they will have a great excuse put together. Look me up Corp. I own 4 businesses in this area, so I know the difference. Between good and bad business.

Gabriel at this location was so helpful. I had bizarre issues with my acct and connectivity and was bouncing between 2 phones to try to make things work. He was patient, understanding, and calm. (This was after visiting another store and a repair shop and no one could figure out the problem!) I will only return to this store going forward. The staff there treated me like a person, and not a number in line. Thank you!

Visiting from out of town and had to pay my bill. In my home state there are kiosks to pay bills, however this location they did not have the kiosk. As I entered the store was busy, I was greeted, however initial team member asked me to sign in. Another team member Ray, offered immediate assistance and I was in and out in 3-minutes.Big shout out to Ray at this location for not only being a team member but also for taking the initiative to provide quality customer service and truly representing the T-Mobile brand.
