***WARNING***BATE & SWITCH SCAMMING***This is the worst store to go to! Not a corporate Tmobile store they are a 3rd party and adhere to very different guidelines then a corporate store. Came in to trade out my phone and get their promo they were running at the time and they ran a 'Bate and Switch' on me!! Never got the trade in of my old phone , never got the free promo phone. Instead I ended up with a more expensive plan and paying on a new phone. Needless to say I will be switching to a new carrier!! Please take a good look at your paperwork in detail when you walk out of there.

Received awesome customer service today. Went in to turn in a trade-in device. Never received a label for the trade-in. The lady that helped me printed a label for me, gave me bubble wrap, and a box. All I expected was the label. Thank you for making things so easy !

Terrible service. Went in to buy a galaxy s22 and a fold 4. Ended up buying nothing.Asked to transfer and account over to our family plan. Was told to call customer service. Other stores have done this for us before when we brought my mom's account to ours.Asked to hold the fold 4 to feel the form factor and was told no. I could only look at it in his hands. Worthless customer service.

You need to replace all your workers at this store because a employee an a customer literally ganged up on my wife ,not to mention the costume wanted to beat my wife up an the employee did nothing to help my wife an wouldn't take the product back after telling us to just bring it bad to the store no problem (dash)

The rude manager Markale would not exchange a warranty phone set up by T moble help line. He refused to even bring up the account information to find out the arrangements made by T Moble because the screen was cracked but the warranty covered the problem with the phone not powering up which that model has a problem with. The phone t moble sent is at the store.

Markale was such a breath of fresh air for me when it came to customer service! My experience in the past with sprint’s customer service has been something to be desired. Markel was helpful, kind and even made me laugh. What stood out during my visit was while he was waiting for my apple watch to power on, he noticed an elderly couple enter the store. He immediately went over to them and offered them chairs to sit in. He also multitasked well. I will definitely be returning to purchase the iphone 14 and I will ask for Markel to assist me. Thanks again for your help and excellent customer service Markale.

These people are commission-based salesmen. Their job is to make as much money from you and hit certain metrics (accessories, Insurance plans, etc.) as someone in sales, I don't have an issue with that. However, I have a major issue with the salesperson not telling me he was signing me up for the $18 a month insurance and the Magenta max plan Military plan in which it turns out I didn't even qualify for and which we never discussed. Just learned today that I was paying $43 extra a month than I needed to. Please train your employees to actually pitch what they're trying to sell and not just add extras to accounts for money.

Markale provided exceptional customer service. He resolved a media issue Interfacing my T-Mobile phone where now music plays through vehicle's speakers( Maserati) ; in less than five minutes. Brilliant thank you!

Stopped in yesterday to share the condition of my z3 flip phone. It's 9 months old and the screen is splitting at fold point, also a black spot has appeared on the screen. This us obviously a manufacturers defect. Upon reading other reviews, I am not the only one with these issues. I was basically dismissed in store and told to call 611. After multiple calls to service, tech help, Samsung, I am expected to pay $99 fee for new phone. NOT RIGHT! It's a garbage phone. One employee told me to upgrade to a different phone. Another said I open phone too much...WHAT?!!! I plan on firing tmobile and samsung. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! By the way, customers make paydays possible.

I went in the store to return a device that I have gotten from the store. From the start, Lorenzo was demeaning, and with a little attitude. I tried to keep my cool, but he was just disrespectful and was not interested in how I, the customer, was feeling. My frustration ended with me taking the device and leaving the store. He just had the worse attitude and very unhelpful.
