We've made this resort a family tradition. The warm and welcoming staff make every trip special. Joanna uses her art expertise to create one-of-a-kind experiences for guest. All of the staff treated us like family. The resorts proximity to family favs like Watermans, the playground, and biking is perfect. Ample on-site parking and great views.

Beware of the 4th floor, a lot of noise in the hallway. I assume other floors don't have the same traffic ?

Unsafest hotel I've ever stayed in. Door locks broke 3x in a 2 day stay. NEVER again. Don't go here. Nasty rooms that are rediculously run down. DO not book at this hotel. I wish I hadn't will never go back.Safety: Not only did the only working lock on the balcony door (door handle lock didn't work either) have to be fixed TWICE, but on day 2, the front door to our room wouldn't pock and have to be removed and new look installed . Hotel would not move us to another room or hotel.

This place is an absolute dump. You’d be better off pitching a tent on the beach or sleeping in your car.

Can posts like these actually say "ZERO STARS" earned? If you're not open (completely) then don't open.Place is under construction, a LOT of "residents" living here. Not what I'd deem a quality place. You might sneak a view of the ocean from your room if you're VERY lucky.More like where to go on a small, tiny, non-existant budget.Where one gets a feeling of raised hairs on the back of the neck.Hopefully you're picking up what's been laid down......

The furniture in the room needs to be updated. The bed and pullout sofa bed was uncomfortable and worn. The second elevator didn’t work and the one that did was slow and old. I called maintenance for the tub because water would fill the tub with the shower on. There were stains on all the pillows on the bed as if the linen was never changed. I had to ask for a whole new set of clean linen for the bed. Maintenance was great inspite of it all!

I had so much fun with my grandchildren swimming and going in the hot tub. The pool is great and the room was very nice also.

While the staff was very nice and helpful, I had issues with my room from the moment I checked in. Upon getting into my room we were greeted by disgusting stained bed linen. We called the front desk and they sent house keeping who apologized profusely as she admitted the sheets were horrible. Then we noticed that our balcony door was faulty. While they came and replaced the lock still yet another inconvenience. Then our toilet stopped working. They sent maintenance which provided a temporary fix and stated if the problem comes back they will need to replace that toilet assembly. Again, the staff was very accommodating but this was very disappointing as we travel a lot with our sports team and paid this establishment a lot of money. Not sure if I could recommend this hotel based on my experience. Update - toilet is stop broken. We reserved 17 rooms and multiple parties are experiencing issues. REFUND MY MONEY and I will consider removing this review.

Beautiful hotel with great accommodations. Great price accompanied with great views. Swimming area is small and more public but still nice, there is also a great lounge and gym on the 3rd floor with balcony views of the city. Friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are lovely and comfortable. Great location from the beach and also a dozen or so shops and restaurants just in walking distance. Highly recommend.Nearby activities: Many restaurants and shops. Swimming inside the hotel and the beach. Great views. Tanning and massage appointments available inside. Gym and lounge inside. Boating, fishing, the arts.

We stayed here for my birthday..When we checked in we were handed a paper about the hotel and our room keys.. nothing explained. Only 1 elevator works so good luck if u have a hand full of groceries you’ll be waiting for 15 minutes (not joking.) as soon as we checked in I noticed the Cleanliness or the room was bad, Once we stepped foot into the room there was a whole sticky patch across the room. There’s no way to miss it, because you can see it once u walk in.The tub had hairs all in it and it’s rusted. Good luck getting to your balcony too because the door is super hard to open and close. For the price we payed for 2 nights it was okay.. for what we got, but I don’t know if I would stay again with how dirty it was. I stayed across the street last year at beach quarters and it was much nicer.

Very nice rooms!! We were on the 9th floor and our room included a kitchen (with a dishwasher, microwave, stove but no oven, a refrigerator, pots, pans and silverware), a living room with a pull-out bed couch, a bedroom (with a door for privacy) and a lovely view of the beach, despite it not being a balcony room. The bathroom has a nice shower, obviously a toilet and a sink. They also provide a plunger. Very nice!

Rooms were alright. They need a little work. Door to balcony didn't close right. Bathroom closet door rubbed floor when opened. There was a light bulb out in the bathroom. Tub faucet dripped. Top plug in between beds didn't work. Room needs some TLC, so it was just average.

The location was perfect; we were walking distance to so many things and ate at Sunnyside diner every day. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach, which was beautifully clean and even the waves were calm! The hallways were hot in the hotel, but our room was frigid cold, just the way we like it. It made for great sleeping in the first comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever experienced. The room was more like an apartment, with a fridge, stove, oven, and living room. Even our view was great. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Especially considering we booked last minute (the day before arrival) and the cost was way less than anywhere else in the area. I could rave about this place nonstop. We will absolutely be back again!Rooms: The room was more like an apartment. It had a living room, fridge, stove, oven, and separate bedroom. The bed was actually comfortable and I’ve never had a comfortable hotel bed! The WiFi was a little slow and 3 outlets in our room didn’t work, which made charging phones/etc annoying. That’s the only negative thing I can say about this place though. It was very clean and nearly soundproof even though our room backed up to the elevator. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely be back.Nearby activities: Arcades, shopping, mini golf, fishing charters, all within walking distanceWalkability: The hotel is walking distance to just about everything. A quick and easy walk to the beach and shopping and even several good restaurants, including Sunnyside DinerFood & drinks: We ate at sunnyside diner and big sams multiple times, they were the best places we ate during our trip. And the sweet tea was so good!Noteworthy details: The hallways were warm but our room was frigid cold, just the way we like it. The thermostat in the room is also totally under your control, which is was a pleasant surprise
