Located in Virginia Beach's Town Center, The Royal Chocolate offers royal treats from gourmet caramel and chocolate dipped apples to beautiful gift baskets filled with exquisite chocolates and more. It is an absolutely delicious place to stop for a sweet treat for yourself or a gift for someone else, with great hot chocolates and treats. The panda treats are great but very rich. The quality and variety never disappoint, with popular favorites like the dark raspberry creams. The customer service is amazing and the staff know their stuff and really want to help you. The staff is a delight to interact with, always smiling, happy, and helpful. The decorum and customer service are extremely impressive, with attentive and knowledgeable employees. It is refreshing to see consistent wonderful customer service every single time. The business supports many local businesses and also has some awesome classes, painting, wine tasting, and much more. If you love chocolate and wine together, it is a great place to visit. Be warned, however, that there are way too many choices and it is addicting. It is great for gifts or personal rewards.
Delicious chocolate. Expensive but absolutely worth it. They had a wide selection of house made, specialty, and imported options.
