Well most places in America are like that. They really don't want to help.
This dude in here who is the salesman was all about selling me these rims, chime unfortunately is a shitty bank and no one will finance w them. Little to his knowledge I'm sitting on a large accident settlement.
How do you think I bought the car??!!!
Originally he wanted to sell me the same size rim, nice rim, nice price. So I did his weird little finance thing, w his coffee story. But it didn't approve.
So I started looking at bigger rims, while he was helping another customer. When I told him I didn't get approved he tried to explain to me what I did wrong. So I asked him about a bigger rim.
I think he must have felt I was wasting his time bc he became very sort. Paying more attention to what he had on the phone then to me. Telling me my cars lug pattern wouldn't fit the rim I was looking at that was larger, and instead of giving me more options he started to kind of ignore me.
Whatever bro you don't want my money there's 15 other tire shops that will. I had cash money in my car. Lol. Guess imma lower it.

Love it here. My spouse and I needed a new rim. They were able to fix the same one and give us new tire in a little over an hour. Excellent place.

I had already called multiple shops for my size tire and no one had one available. I called Tire House and Rims and thankfully they were able to help me the next morning with brand new tires and I was back on the road. Super sweet and fast service all around and will definitely go back when the time is due.

The best service you will ever find is at this location. They are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and will help you find the best quality tires for a price you can afford. They are absolutely the BEST and I will keep recommending them to everyone I know!

I am so happy this shop was recommended to me. Finding Vette rims is tougher than one might think. I didn't want OEM and 3pc Forged was really more than I wanted to spend. I came to this shop with no expectations, They could have EASILY sold me $XX,XXX rims, however they were truthful about pros and cons and I chose to go a different route. I found rims that I love and the deal on them WITH tires was less than HALF of what I was finding online for rims only. They had a fast turn around time and the shop employees were really friendly and they treated my car as if it was theirs. Service like this is hard to find! They definitely have a customer for life and I'll be recommending them to all my car enthusiasts friends. Thank you for an great and easy experience!

As I read through the good reviews of this place, I’m really glad I get to be a part of them. My time there was very short, but definitely helpful. I hit a pothole the day before yesterday on my way to work and bent one part of my rim. I was so worried that I was gonna have to replace my entire I didn’t catch the name of the young man with the hat and curly hair that helped me, but he quickly fixed my rim and I was able to get to another used tire place to get my tire fixed because they didn’t have the size that I have which is perfectly fine. Thank you guys for getting me in and out so quickly I will definitely be coming to you guys in the future. Everybody was so nice!!

Went and got 2 tires and had them balanced. After leaving my steering wheel was shaking. They were closed I was the last customer. Next day call the store talk to the manager and he say" yesterday I seen the tire was really off" I ask him why and he said " I think your rim is bent so I ask " why would you not tell me that". All bullshit brought it to another shop they showed me the two tires were not balanced. Ater going to pro tires on indian river and ferral parkway I drove away without my steering wheel shaking. These guys are criminals.
