“I've been coming to lava vape since I was able to smoke. Back in 2018! My fiance recently moved here from Kentucky and we needed too get him new coils and can't forget the juice. The man behind the bars name was Jeff. He was amazing. We ran into a slight error with the coils and asked for assistance and we had his full attention. He was amazing and thanks to him we got my fiances vape working properly again! Highly recommend they will always take great care of you. And from previous personal experience, they are super friendly, help whenever you need it, and give AMAZING recommendations! Thankfully, I made my way to the Hilltop Total Wine location and had a much better experience. I found exactly what I needed quickly, and both the cashier, D'Asia, and the wine manager, Kristin, were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Excellent service and a great visit overall!”

“Came in yesterday with friends and Ryan was super chill and helped us out when we needed. I bought the giant inflatable RAW joint and it did not disappoint. The variety of flavors of their cigar wraps were great too, it took me a while to figure out what I wanted, but ended up with a mango lemonade swisher and Ryan was dope to tell me what was good and stayed patient while we all shopped. Everyone walked out with something new, so if you’re looking to just window shop, it’ll be hard. 5/5, great energy, great products, great people. ?”
“I go here alot. Majority of the time I have a great, quick experience, but sometimes when you go there and have to wait for someone to buzz you in can get stressful, but the employees there work all day by themselves so I understand that they need a breather.”

I explained to Billy why I came into the store and he took the time to really break things down for me in a way that was really easy to understand. He made several recommendations but wasn't pushy at all. He even checked my account for rewards points, which I was able to use. Billy treated me with respect and compassion. I really needed that.”

“Been shopping w Mike since I noticed the shop at Fairfield, and have continued to do so after their move to Princess Anne. Mike's a genuinely kind person - he's always asking how the kids/wife are doing and my kids love coming along to say hi. He keeps me in the know on new products he gets in, and his prices are def reasonable for the area (esp. bulk kratom... hard to beat). He even coordinated w my wife on a scheme to surprise me with goodies for my xmas stocking. 10/10, 5 stars, Olympic-level customer service. I don't write reviews, but when double-checking his opening time, I saw some reviews calling him rude. You're gonna get back what you put in, just like anywhere else... if you show up and whip your entitlement out and lay it on the counter, don't be shocked if your experience mirrors your attitude.”

“I have been coming here for years buying cigars. They have some of the best prices in town and have a great selection of cigars. There are always deals going on for boxes of cigars and there is a table dedicated to discounted single sticks. The shop is located in an office space set up, so you will have to walk through another set of doors to actually walk into the shop. There is a lounge area in the back that encourages you to talk to other cigar smokers there, read a book or play on your phone. The smoke eaters in the lounge and main area with the cigars works really well so you don't smell of smoke after you leave from a quick visit. Staff is cool and very knowledgeable with great group of patrons as well. Grab a stick, make a cup of coffee and enjoy!”
“Extremely friendly and helpful staff Reasonable prices better than a lot of other places it’s just a solid lace solid staff I go out of my way to go to that place as opposed to anywhere else. Even the Coca-Cola’s are the cheapest you can get for a 16 ounce and their cigarette prices Beat most other places”
