Excellent customer service! My husband and I are so very grateful for the help we received after purchasing our safe. We rented a trailer & had trouble off loading the safe which prevented us from returning the trailer by closing; they were so understanding. Long story short, THANK YOU! Special thank you to Jarvis & Christie (excellent forklift driver).

Why do you offer propane service? The last three times I have came to get propane your equipment is broken or unavailable. What a joke to offer a service, have a customer drive 30 minutes to get that service to be turned away. Either get rid of it or USE it. This will be the last time I will waste my time trying to do business with Tractor supply.

I have been going to the 2000 Fisher Arch, Va Beach location for years. Tim, a manager there, has always provided top notch customer service. Always friendly and ready to help. I will continue to spend my money there.

Shop here routinely, and have always been impressed with all of the staff, they always have a smile on their face and willing to go the extra mile. Extra special shout out to the manager, Tim! Experienced a couple speed bumps upon same-day delivery of product, in which Tim immediately assisted, and went well out of his way (twice!) to ensure a happy customer. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about the gentleman who helped me with my purchase the other day. Shawn was not only fantastic with my own purchases but while I was looking around, he was checking on every other customer and answering phones while taking care of his employees! I'm not sure if he is in a management position but I would love to have him as my boss lol. He seems like he truly cares about the store and its employees and most definitely the customers!!!

The store was clean and stocked, but customer service was horrible. Had to buy an item to cut the twine to tie down items that we purchased, as they said they didn't have anything.

This is a great store that I should not be allowed to go into without a spending limit. Inflation has raised some of their pricing but it is not insane. The quality and selection are still great. Employees were all friendly and helpful. I recommend this store for all your needs. (Assuming you know the types of feed, gear, and equipment the Tractor Supply Co. sells.)
