Great experience!! Steven, i believe he’s the Manager was so helpful. I’ve been driving around on a donut all afternoon looking for a tire that fits my car and after being told nothing in stock by ten other places he was the first to walk outside and actually look at my car and my tire. He noticed that I actually had the wrong size tires on my car and was able to find me one that fit. Best experience I’ve had in a tire shop.

My daughter’s car was making a noise when I engaged the AC compressor. Communicated with Mr Tire, they diagnosed the AC compressor and belt tensioner was bad. After replacing all that, and $1,500 later, the noise still remains and the system was empty. Took it back, they finally refilled the AC system with refrigerant. But the noise was still there. Bill advised me to take it to the dealership and have them look at it.
I’ve always used them and referred friends to them. Not anymore. I’m so done with them!!!

This location has saved my bacon for the second time! The back plate on my wheel well bent and even though they were super busy they squeezed me in. Best part was the they said it would take longer to write up an invoice then it took to fix so no charge! Love this place!
