Thanks UHaul for giving us utter C#$p! 2 tire blows in 24 hours. Wasting several hours of our road trip. Now we have damages to our vehicle. 2 tire blows!!!!! We aren't even at our destination yet! Had to give one star so I could post this review. Wasted almost 2 hours to get help yesterday and now we are waiting over an hour while you decide if you should bring a rim out or just the tire. Just bring it all! We are baking in the midday sun in the middle of Louisiana while you decide if you should provide us with full service. Fantastic. I love slow roasting while waiting for the full service we paid for, we paid for full coverage/roadside assistance . Be prepared to pick up the tab for damages. Wish I could share the photos here. The tire in the second blow is completely gone. Now they are saying a 90 minute wait!! That means we will be wasting another almost 2 and a half hours of our drive home with still another 500 miles to go to our destination. It is 101 degrees out here on the freeway.Edit:Been waiting 2 hours now. It is now 102 degrees. Still no roadside assistance. We are running out of water and gasFinally on the road 2 hours and 45 minutes after we called. The gas light went off. We will for sure be filing claims. Sat in temperatures up to 103 degrees.

Honestly, the best experience with U-Haul at this location(only)! Very helpful and friendly stuff!!!! I will refer my friends to this location! Highly recommended!

Set up movers through them and they never showed up, nor would they answer when called or texted to get ETA. Moving day was a nightmare.
