I have rented vehicles from the Green Run Square location many times. I have reserved and picked up vehicles by phone and in person. Online reservation and phone pick up were smooth and easy to follow. For in person pick ups, always greeted warmly by courteous staff. No problems with vehicles.

Terrible service, u-haul was scheduled 1 week in advance and they did not have the item available at the requested time. Called and they said it would arrive shortly and 1hr later still didnt show up. Communication on their part is terrible.

This is a small store and they have some trucks on site. It is a hit or miss on the big trucks 20x20 for they have a limited space at the parking lot. Otherwise it was a great experiwnce and you can reserve it all i line or in the app.
