I just had my first visit with Kelly and will be going back! She is very attentive in what I needed. Explained how the cupping worked (I’ve never had that done). I felt like jello by the time I left which was great! Can’t wait for my next visit!

Kelly is a legitimate miracle worker. I have been seeing her for over a year for various issues, all of which she has managed to work out completely or make pain free. I would not be able to go to the gym and go hard without her support! Truly a friend of athletes and fitness enthusiasts in Hampton roads.

Awesome massage! Kelly listened to all of my concerns / ailments and made sure she addressed them before letting me go! Very friendly and professional, will recommend to anyone in need of injury treatment, prevention, or even just a relaxing massage!
