Carrington and all other Ulta staff members were super sweet! Best customer service out of all the Ultas I have been to in VB. Carrington helped me find the correct shade of foundation and helped me discover a new brand that I now love! She was very sweet and attentive! Will come again!

I went to exchange my lipstick because I had the wrong one and when I tell you to come in a store and have people look like me with pure love and courtesy. I took my daughter to this location today and was pretty overwhelmed. I don't wear makeup but my daughter wants to try. An employee named Syl saw my lost face and immediately swooped in to help. He guided us and provided a lot of information and knowledge. He helped my daughter feel comfortable and we left with her happy, and confident with information on how to use her new makeup and the right shades/products for her skin tone/type. Really amazing customer service. We will always go back to that location!

This is ALWAYS the place to find excellent makeup and facial-aids! They also have a variety of hair care products, a full salon, and you can purchase the new and best hair dryers and curling irons!

The other day I came in and needed some assistance. Sebastiana was patient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She even gave me a few pointers on the product. She’s always a doll when I come in. While trying to check out, there was a rude customer, yet she remained calm and professional. Will always come to this Ulta because of her! <3

They never have my birthday gift every year it's the same nonsense. Than they send promos buy online and pickup in stores and they never have the product to pick up....ridiculous. Get it together ulta bc shephora is winning and always have my birthday gift available and in stock. Inventory on shelves and no problem to have it shipped. Ulta outsource customer service is a whole new problem bc they don't comprehend or make logical decisions. Ulta wonders why their market is crashing.....ya'll the problem.

I came here because the shade of lipstick at the one closer to my house was out of stock and it was in stock here. I was also looking for a specific lip stain that is not in stock here but I figured I'd try my luck anyways. It was raining that day so I was dressed accordingly, I also rolled out of bed and came straight to this location so I didn't look my best. I didn't think that my outfit would be suspicious for theft considering I am an employee from another district. boy did I think wrong. I was followed around the store by the Clinique worker. she followed me all the way around the store until she stood next to me when I was checking out the deals for that day which happened to be the Juicy perfume. I was very uncomfortable and if I didn't come all this way for this lipstick I would've just left and not given this location my hard earned money. Super uncomfortable but Dani was really nice and helped me check out! as well as Breah (I might be spelling that wrong or saying it wrong) But other than that there is no need for me to ever return to this location. I'll just stick to my usual Ulta locations, order online or just drive to greenbrier next time.
