Went in to make a return and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The first cashier was super helpful, and when I needed assistance shopping, Terrill helped me pick out everything I didn’t even know I needed! He was so personable and knowledgeable. My checkout cashier was also amazing. Everyone made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Truly top tier customer service I left feeling so good!

The team here always provides great service! When I was searching for something that I could not find the workers were eager to assist me in finding my item and even checked the back for me :) The cashier was friendly and made us aware of their credit card and point system. The store is always fresh and clean and stocked beautifully.

Staff was friendly and greeted me at the door. They helped me purchase a gift card for my wife and asked me if she was registered with their rewards program so she would get credit for the gift card purchase. Thanks for help and welcoming attitude.

10/10 I had the most AMAZING 🤩 hair appointment EVERRRR with 💞KIMA💞 The entire experience with 💞KIMA’s💞 bubbly, professional, attentive, friendly, attention to detail, and lush service provided, has left a lasting impression on my experience here at Ulta‼️ I relocated to Virginia Beach 🏖️ from Dallas, Texas! And all the POSITIVE reviews that I saw about this Master Stylist 💞KIMA💞 were absolutely true‼️ She is STELLAR 🏆 I love ❤️ her‼️🥰 I will definitely be back. I had my eyelashes done for my daughter's wedding on May 25th. I have to give props, kudos, high 5 to Jax at Ulta Beauty VA BEACH location🙂.
Jaz was professional, knowledgeable and answered my questions. I didn't steal the spotlight from my daughter, but I looked fabulous 😁. Thank you Jax for making me look and feel fabulous

Every time i’ve gone to this ulta me and my girlfriend have gotten nothing but attitude. Their customer service is greatly lacking. Cashiers will roll their eyes at you and act like you are a burden. We asked this time to claim our birthday freebies and got nothing but eye rolling and huffing and puffing. I recommend you guys go to the sephora inside of the kohls at pembroke mall a lot more professional and personable. We are giving up on ulta.

just wanted to share the great experience my boyfriend and I had at this Ulta location yesterday (4/26/25)! We recently moved to the area and were looking for a new fragrance for him, but we were both a little unsure of what we wanted. Sade was so helpful — she gave us plenty of time to explore different options without ever making us feel rushed. She also made a thoughtful recommendation based on the scents we were drawn to, and we actually ended up going with her suggestion! She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. Thanks to Sade, we had such a positive shopping experience and will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you for the great service!

04/13/25 update: I just have to reiterate how much I love this store. It's literally my favorite Ulta. I love the peeps. Tiesha is always helpful and fun. Gabriella is the bomb and so patient. It's just a fun experience. I'm a kid in a candy store. :)
I love the associates at this store. All very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. A special shout-out to Tiesha and James Henry.
