POS customer service. UPS HQ does not have a policy for the package to be picked up from an access point. People cannot take leave from work to receive a package that needs signature confirmation. Nor do they deliver on Weekends. If you pay them $19.99, for their subscription, suddenly they don't need sender's permission to deliver or pick up from an access point. This whole drama is a SCAM to make people pay for their mychoice garbage. UPS driver attempting to deliver the package 3 times or I picking it up from their warehouse location, which one do you think is economical otherwise? Moreover, you need to spend an hour with their bot when you call them to talk to a rep. Then once you get connected, your call will be answered by somebody who has a banana in their mouth who will do nothing. And after another hour, and if you are lucky enough, they will connect your call to a real American English-speaking rep, who will take care of the issue.

When I called for help, I was never directed to a real person. I have a tracking number that said my packages were delivered to an auto parts store for pick up, but the auto parts store never received it. I saw the UPS system used by the store and they were right, they never received the package. This is the second time with the SAME package that UPS completely failed to do their job - track and deliver the package. And I can’t call a human being to help with the problem, unfortunately. Looks like I’m done giving them my business.

I had a neighbor have UPS pick up a package that was delivered to them by mistake. My package is now considered lost and the case is closed. The customer service agent kept apologizing for the inconvenience but it's not inconvenient. UPS has lost an original piece of needlework that is irreplaceable. I just want to talk with someone at the distribution center to understand how this could happen. What do you do with packages that just sit? Do you destroy them? Does someone take them? It certainly wasn't sent back to the sender. I am so frustrated. The customer service agent kept telling me UPS is a logistics company. So find my package? It has a tracking number and can't be that hard. Help!

I drove all the way over here for them to be closed on a Saturday . I talked to a rep and they were supposed to be open today. There online hours does not reflect them being closed on saturdays . This needs to be fixed. Nobody has gas to waste for nothing. Look at the climate we are in now. Do a better job.

Update operating hours, if you're going to have customer service closed on Saturdays not according to your company schedules. Over six customers came on Saturday while I was at the location to be greeted by a cheap sign at the door which read: CUSTOMER SERVICE CLOSED ON SATURDAYS TILL FURTHER NOTICE

On Friday they told me to stop by the terminal on Saturday between 10am and 1pm to pick up my package. I showed up and they were closed despite the sign on the door saying they should be open and the website saying they should be open. Thanks for wasting my time UPS.

Trying to relieve package. Notified ups that delivery has to be afternoon due to nobody home. Ups driver tried to deliver package at 1030 each day but nobody home in which ups knew. Then was told between 1215 And 430 but came by at 7am. I highly not recommend using them because they are unreliable or dependable. Don't use them

I wish I could put 0 stars. I have had constant problems with a shipment I had attempted to have delivered to my address in Maryland, and for some reason (no one could tell me why) the package was redirected to a Norfolk address that I do not live at. I have probably spent 10 hours on the phone with 800-PICK-UPS, and all they can tell me is that they sent a message to this customer center to have the package redirected. I've probably done this 13 or 14 times.Every time, they promise that I'll receive a call back from this center confirming the address change so it gets re-redirected to the proper address. I have never received that phone call. Instead, UPS keeps attempting to deliver the package to an address that I do not live at. I even drove myself to this center and attempted to pick up the package in person (again, I live in Maryland). The employee just basically told me there was nothing they could do. Now, it seems that the delivery was rejected, and my $250 worth of merchandise might be heading back to sender, leaving me without my stuff, $250 poorer, and 10 hours wasted.They keep promising me they'll fix the address and get it rerouted. I definitely don't believe that at this point. I don't know if its incompetence or willful malice, all I do know is that I will be using FedEx next time.
