I went in today and the employee, who I think was the owner, appeared frustrated due to a long line. He made a comment “you all had to show up at the same time!” Which appeared as a joke at first but then there was a child acting out and it appeared to frustrate him more. The kid was out of line but as the dad and child were leaving the employee made comments that included profanity and a mentally disabled child slur (included an f-bomb). Instead of letting it go he prompted to get into a verbal argument with the father that was so off putting it prompted us to leave. UPS should be embarrassed by this and that person, who always is working there when I go in, needs to learn how to manage difficult customers. We won’t be back to that UPS Store.

I went into the store today to have documents, printed faxed and copied. I’m not sure who the manager was, but there were three gentlemen, that seemed like talking about women in the presence of a woman was more important than the business that I came in to conduct. I had something to fax and the person helping me continued to tell me that the fax number I was trying to fax was busy.This person continued to let me know that the fax was busy. I had to ask for him to try again. At that point it did go through then he assumed I was done, but I had to inform him that I also needed copies made of what was just faxed. The time that I was there with those three gentlemen, I felt so uncomfortable and annoyed that they chose to gather in the back versus Making sure that I was done and finished with the business. I came to conduct with them to begin with.I will not be returning to the store for anything, not even a stamp it was completely unprofessional and unappealing to stand and listen as a woman to hear these three gentlemen that worked between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM February 29, 2024 you know who you are And you should all be ashamed. Customer Service is at an all-time low. Thank you but no thank you.

Friendly owner and staff. Work their butts off and do darn good work in the era of Amazon returns. Great service all around!

The owner Joe is nice and I always had a good experience here. I rented a box here for a few months, he helped me when I transitioned out of state with forwarding my mail to me. Thank you!

Worker was lazy, did not want to do his job. QR code was printed and instructions said UPS store will pack just scan the QR code and they do the rest. Apparently that doesn't apply to his UPS store. He said nope you pack it I said all right I'll go to my UPS store by my house where they actually do their job.

Thank you for the fantastic service! Ty went above and beyond in helping me juggle my many Amazon returns. He could have easily (and understandably) sent me on my way to prepare the packages as I should have. Instead, he stopped what he was working on and helped me get everything prepped! This is why we come to this UPS store—we always receive wonderful customer service that is above and beyond expectation!

BEWARE - I am quite disappointed in the owner and manager of this UPS Store. I dropped a FedEx package in the no receipt required box so as not to disturb whatever the owner was doing at the time and allow him to process it as his convenience. The owner did come out of the back room and acknowledged me as I dropped my package in the box and asked if I need a receipt. I told him no.I received an email from the package recipient two weeks later saying my package never got to its intended destination. I understand this was my fault for not realizing it was a FedEX package instead of UPS.When I called this store, the manager answered and he could not explain to me what would have happened to a package in this situation. They continued to avoid answering the question. This gave me the impression they simply kept the FedEX package and never did the right thing and called the number on the package or found a way to get it to FedEx.After the manger could not give me an explanation, the owner got on the phone and was quite rude. He simply told me he did not have my package and I should pay more attention to the shipper next time. He then promptly hung up on me. I live only a few minutes from this store so I got in the car and went up there to see if I could get an answer in person.When I arrived, I tried to determine who was the manager and who was the owner. I continued to ask the question about what would happen to a package like this. The manager simply deferred to the owned. The owner accused me of harassment and ask why I was there. I asked again if he can tell me what they would have done with my package. It was clear he didn’t want to answer the question.Bottom line - if you use this store, make them do their job and get a receipt. They now have my $200 package and I have no recourse to hold them accountable. This level of deceit is far too common these days. Very disappointed that the owner was completely dismissive and, in my opinion very dishonest - BEWARE

I normally don't go out of my way to write reviews but something should be said about this location. i worked at this ups store for a week and my experience was absolutely dreadful. When i was hired the staff (2 employees 1 being the owner) was all polite and smiling then the day came for training and it was like a whooooole different atmosphere. look i get it im not special and im not looking for special treatment but on day one the gentleman tossed a razor blade at me and told me to shut up.. ty is cool i guess moreso to their rich clientele. If youve read the previous complaints about this store over the owner having attitudes with his customers i can speak from experience they are 100 percent accurate. I could go on but the jist of it is if youre a regular customer of this place then good they need your business especially if you got deep pockets but i was a mail carrier before this so i can tell you first hand youll get cheaper rates with usps. ultimately just do yourself a favor and dont work here.

Ty at UPS single handedly took on a seemingly never-ending line of over30 customers for hours— consisting of mostly Amazon returns. It seems that AMAZON owes Ty & UPS Store a BIG tip! Customers of Amazon & UPS Store inGreat Neck Shopping Center, Va Beach owe Ty a huge THANKS for a “job well done”

My go to drop off for packages. One day last week, Ty was especially kind to open before 9:00 since he saw me outside and was ready for customers. Always a pleasant experience coming to this store.

I have previously been happy with the store. I had to rush a book to my daughter at college because she had sent it to the house. It was going to be $189.00 for overnight and finally $49 for 3-4 business days. They printed the label and said. Homely it would be cheaper to have her order a new book and ship correctly so please cancel but he said he couldn't since he had printed the label ?! Completely disappointed!!!!' Won't ship the other books. She will have to order new ones.

Used this location for 4 plus years to ship to my daughter in college. Most times was a pleasant experience, unless you have to deal with the owner. He is rude and condescending. If you are just dropping off a package he has no use for you. I assumed that is what a UPS store is also for, not like I haven’t spent money here in past. Last package I dropped off he slammed on counter. Won’t make that mistake again. Will start using the CVS for drop off and travel to spend my money. His nasty attitude isn’t worth it.

I just went to this store to see if I could have a package that I shipped in another state redirected. The individual at this store was rude from hello and did not want to help. I explained deliveries in my neighborhood were not going well and we frequently have packages miss delivered. Never again will I willingly ship with UPS. FedEx would have been easy to make this adjustment.
