I walked in with a small box, the person working there didn't even look at me. She just said put it right there, and I said put what? Where? She said the small box, I told her I had a few questions, I asked her if the return label that I had would work, she said "no" then I told her I was told that I could use it, than she said they could, then she told me I needed to go get the label printed out. , I thought you guys could print it out for me, she said they could, then she told me that I couldn't ship what I had, to go get it boxed, then I said..well you guys sell boxes right? She said yeah we could put it in one of our boxes, and she said all of this with frustration, you think she would just say..yes, we can ship it and if you need the label printed out,we could do it for you, and we have a box for you to send your package. This was today at 10am, blonde hair lady, short hair.she just didn't want to be there. Very short and rude

Excellent customer service! Most consistent and helpful UPS branch I’ve gone to. The team especially staff members Maurice and Marissa are very helpful. I only go to this UPS branch. This team goes above and beyond in regards to customer service.

Just dropped off a return package, I was in and out within less than a minute. The gentleman even came out from behind the counter to assist me in carrying my box over to get my receipt. An example how a small gesture goes a long way :)

Everyone has always been nice to me. Greeted me as soon as I walk in. My service has been quick and easy 99% of the time. Then once in a blue moon you have to wait 5-7 minutes ( big deal) for the USP guys/ girls to help other people. Always great! Thank you for making returning packages easy!

This is not the closest location to my house but the very best one. It is always fully staffed, minimal to no wait times and the young guys that work there are all very kind and friendly!!

Great place for Amazon returns! They are quick and rarely have I waited in line ( except at Christmas for 10-15 mins ). If you need a return to amazon you only need the QR code from your request. The ups staff takes care of it all for you. Easy-peasy!

I feel This is the worst ups location i ever visited. I been there for amazon returns with same package i got from amazon with qr code saying customer packed the guy behind the counter didn’t accept my package saying he want me to buy the mailing envelope from them and he was like keep on insisting me to buy the envelope and not accepting the way the package has been sent to me from amazon it was so frustrating

Tried to explain a problem I was having with getting a shipment ready. The MANAGER kept talking over me and then yelled at me, accused ME of being rude and said this location would NOT assist me before hanging up on me.Don’t go to this location unless you know EXACTLY what you’re doing and have everything you need. And be sure to call him over so that he can learn how to actually do his job and help others.

Walked in and the whole store smelled strongly of pot and had terrible customer service from Maurice. I delivered items for a non-profit that needed to be shredded…which is charged per pound. When I asked if they “tare” the scale with the box they wanted me to put everything in he said it’s less than a pound, I confirmed it’s actually 3.5lbs and he said “if you wanna argue lady you can take your stuff and leave because we close in two minutes.” I simply stacked everything on the scale without the box. I know it’s not a big deal to them but every little bit helps a non-profit! I have been have been to this location before and not had an experience like this, but todays was so bad! Would not recommend going especially close to closing!

Just putting this out there for UPS STORE 5173 DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go there, they have ruined a Christmas project that I wanted to have laminated and bound. When I went in there the guy told me that it was because it was card stock. Buddy I know that you can laminate card stock! Both of my daughters are teachers we laminate everything! You just don’t know what you’re doing. He then proceeded to tell me that I’m lucky I even had it since he didn’t have to do it for me at all. Dude, I paid $58 for laminating and binding you aren’t going to speak to me like that. Who else do I go to after the owner?Edited after owners response…. haha! That’s funny! Slamming the project on the counter!! That simply is not me, and yes I was told that the reason it didn’t laminate well was because of the paper I used.Also Funny how your employees apologized to me when entering the store the second time for their coworkers behavior and how he handled things. I hope they enjoyed their pizza it seems SOME, but not all deserve it.
