Wanted assistance from a person which had a sign to ring bell for help. I rang bell one time approximately 5mins later I rang the bell three times a few minutes later I rang bell several times and a person came to the window and said someone will be with you shortly and she took the bell so I couldn't ring it.
I heard her telling someone, I'm on break so I told the customer someone will be with you referring to me shortly and she said that she took the bell.
NO ONE CAME TO THE WINDOW. So eventually I left.

Post office admitted to delivering, not only one, but two packages of mine to the wrong address. After telling me the carrier would contact me (which he never did), I called back the next day only to be spoken with very rudely and the girl on the phone tell me that no managers were available to speak bc they were not in the building and wouldn't be all day. They lost two of my packages, seem to not care at all to try to retrieve them and were rude to me about it. Just really a terrible experience and now I'm afraid I'm out over $100 on my ebay purchases bc they have been technically marked delivered, but to the wrong address. It's been over a week with no resolution. I've had terrible service with the USPS before but this is by far the worst. No compassion for their mistake.

i need a supervisor to get in contact with me our temporary mail carrier is rude and aggressive and it's giving me a hard time taking my mail to the local post office and refusing to deliver it for absolutely no reason other than to be rude and hard to deal with.

went there to pick up certified mail this morning. wasn’t aware that they opened at 10AM. one of the workers came in and tells me that they aren’t open till 10 and that’s why the lights aren’t on, as i was walking out, she proceeded to show me the door that shows the hours. i tell her that i wish i had known and she walked off, mocked me and huffed about it and i heard her as i was walking back to my car. i don’t know who she is, however, that was very unprofessional of her. and my question is, if the customer pickup isn’t open until 10, why is the door unlocked? and there are workers out there, loading up the vehicle of mail/packages and didn’t say anything. that’s VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. from my little experience that i’ve had, that is one of the WORST USPS FACILITIES EVER!!!

THIS IS NOT A STORE. They can’t do almost anything to help you here.
I say that for the next person in my position, that might need the capabilities of a USPS “store”. This is just a shipping location where the mail drivers pick up their load for the day. They have some limited capability for re-making the keys for your mailbox (if you’re in their jurisdiction).
5 stars for the girl who helped me today though. I’ve never shipped anything before, and as the day was ending and in a place that does not do the functions of a store, and since I had all the required materials, I was able to ship a package on the last day I had time to ship it. I really appreciate that when she could’ve said “we don’t do that here” and turned me away (like most places would’ve). I’ll remember that and be talking about it for a while. Thanks again.

Dear uses, it wouls really be helpful if u did not close early so people like me who also work 9 to 5 cab come get their mailbox keys from you! I moved over a month ago and just bearly had 10 minutes today I squeezed out to get there and u closed early!! I need my key!

This should not be considered a post office!!! I've only had luck with service once from a female employee. The man that comes to the window is horrible, doesn't seem to have any idea of what his job is and is very rude. We need a real post office for this area. Also the inside is nasty?
