Last week, I had great experience at this location. Lou and Anthony both helped me with great customer service. Lou guided and assisted me with putting my heavy package securely in a box. The address that I had was incorrect and they were very patient with me while I called the recipient to get the correct address. Both Lou and Anthony showed understanding even when it was a few minutes to their closing time, they were able to assist me and I left feeling happy and thankful for their friendly customer service.

Anthony is amazing! Man deserves a raise, he held my hand through the whole process of mailing a package to a deployed sailor while being kind and seeing to other customers needs at the same time! I was there for about an hour since it was my first time with the process and he remained calm and very sweet to everyone he helped. Very knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, and a great multitasker! 10/10 would go just to see Anthony again

Employee named Anthony helped me through the whole process of how certified mail worked and how I can mail it out! He was patient, caring, respectful, and very knowledgeable! His kind demeanor toward customers and his fellow employees were impeccable! He definitely loves his job and hoping that I get to interact with him whenever I use this post office!

The wait time is ridiculous! They seem to always have no priority mailing labels or small envelopes. I wish Amazon would take over the mail service!

Anthony & Ann were absolutely wonderful! I was sending off a care package to my husband overseas, and wasn’t totally sure how to do everything. They were so kind and respectful. The entire process with them gave me much more clarity about shipping everything off!

You have an employee named Anthony. He is such a good person and an asset to the USPS. I made a mistake in shipping and was upset with myself and he was so understanding and said we all make mistakes and assured it was resolved and nothing to stress over. Just a friendly guy. I walked out feeling good. He seems to really love his job. I wish everyone I have to deal with has his kindness and personality. Thanks again Anthony. I’m the guy who messed up the shipping addresses Monday morning. Lol

So, I placed my mail on hold May 12, 2025. So of course, you would think they will keep the mail at the office so it can pick it up. Nope. Went in the office May 20th, no mail can be found. So, I called 21st, 22nd and even 23rd, still no help from the supervisor specifically the morning supervisor which he gave me his name is Porter. Honestly, not sure if thats even accurate. I explained to him I already spoke to the night supervisor and explained the situation that the mail was not left at the office which is the only thing I asked for them to do. My uncle just passed and I couldn't even order him flowers because they didnt do their job...I explained everything to them my situation and what I kept getting told was their no mail in the office and kept getting cutting me off everytime i tried to talk and no help from their end. I work for Geico and deal with customers every day 10hrs a day and have a 92% survey rating because im always trying to help as much as i can . But Porter kept giving me the run around, no sympathy for what I was going through. My main issue is why was it so hard to tell the carrier to leave the mail at the office once you finish your route. I moved to hampton and was willing to drive there or even meet the carrier on his/her route to get my mail. So now im going through grieving and dealing with this supervisor Porter and was no help at all...I do plan on reaching out to corporate as well because why have a certain position or job and dont know/ can't do you job right. Good Customer service was not provided at this location at all and still no mail. Almost a whole week and still no mail after contacting them daily.

I am frequently not receiving all my mails, and I am also receiving mails for other people and returning them back. Two months ago, my two DMV yearly registration were missing and ended up calling customer service to re issue one.
This month, my 2024 social security pension statement is missing as of now 2/17/25.
Please investigate this unacceptable mail delivery service. This issue is posing risk of exposing one’s personal information to others who are receiving wrong mails.

Talked to “John” on the phone about 2 packages not delivered. He contacted the carrier who checked the boxes and discovered they were placed in the wrong box and put them in mine. John called me back to let me know they were delivered! Great customer service!

Went in to mail a package.It was very busy but the line moved fast. The girl at the front counter was so sweet and helpful!
