The team from truck #1 was awesome! They delivered my reclining loveseat, assembled it where I wanted, checked to ensure all parts were working and then they were gone in a flash! LOL It took them about 10-15 minutes so they knew what they were doing. Professionals and very polite! I love the furniture at Value City and it seems as though their whole team, from sales to delivery, are awesome! Thanks VCF and I'm sure you'll be seeing me again soon!

Ms.Tricia was the absolute best!!! I came in there needing a bunch of furniture, and the way she put those numbers in, recognized deals, and knew that showroom like the back of her hand…you can’t tell me anyone else can top that. She was just so relatable and kind. I hate going in the store to shop, I usually just do it online so I don’t have someone railroading me. I am so glad I went in the store today because there was no way I would have been able to identify those deals. I’m not going to say how much furniture I got, but all together it was less than $3500. Now top that!

We really had an amazing experience with with the group at Value City at Lynnhaven! The store manager (Kathy) was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. The other members were also terrific!
