Mixed feeling on this review. On one hand, VANS pricings and business practices have gotten worse and worse over the years... But on the other, the people who work at this specific store provide some of the best customer service I've ever received. Not pushy, just helpful and knowledgeable.

Katie P was very helpful. I grew up here in Virginia Beach Virginia. Stores like 17th Street and WRV are always watching and lurking. I didn't feel that vibe in Vans.

This store has an awesome selection. The staff puts forth the maximum effort to make sure you get what you want and need. They let you take your time trying on different sizes. Plus they have incredible deal. Thank you for a great shoe buying experience.

Vans are amazing shoes I only wear vans and Nike SB vans are also very comfortable soft great material and last long they are a perfect skate shoe they are decent priced and have so many varieties and options these are good shoes for new skaters and pro skaters; although The shoelaces could rip while skating. Go through the photos to see the actual shoes.

I got 5 pairs of shoes for the holiday as gifts for my teenage boys, and 1 for me. Staff was knowledgeable and even helped picked out the styles for them.
