This place is a scam. The employee, Jonathan, lied to me about about the final price for a trade in and charged me $50 for a service he did not provide. I will be contacting cooperate and the better business bureau.
Heed my advice, DO NOT COME HERE, just got to a cooperate Verizon store.

Dave at the Verizon store at 2861 Lynnhaven Drive saved my phone and business contacts I came right when they were closed And helped me. Awesome guy I had lots of virus on my phone I am in sales I would hire him. Oh and by the way your store on Lynnhave has accessories no other Verizon store has. For certain Harley Davidson connectors to music. Please pass this to your regional rep he needs to know these things.

This is absurd I have to write this. First off this place pretends to be a Verizon store when it is not. The store is technically “Wireless Zone” an authorized detailer of Verizon. Never once was this made known to me. On apple maps and on google this place is listed as “Verizon”. Furthermore the employee never once mentioned it and was even wearing Verizon apparel. To make things worse when I was checking out upgrading my phone via the Verizon promotion, the employee accessed everything via my VERIZON account and said I owed $100 for tax. I politely said that’s an absurd sales tax, did the math with him and we agreed it was a “sales tax of 12.5%”. To add more lies to this story he told me it was because the tariffs on iphones from China. I was never once shown the bill and I thought that to be true. I get the receipt after everything is done, go home and check again to see if I’m going crazy and lo and behold the store isn’t even a Verizon and they charged me a “Ready?Go! Package” which is for setting up the phone for me but the employee didn’t even do that.

Both Landon White and Dom Veney are courteous and very helpful even teaching me how to use my phone better. As a senior citizen I am often at a loss on how to do something but they are always there to help.
You r lucky to have them at Wireless Zone Verizon. 2861 Lynnhave drive Virginia Beach. A happy customer.

He is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and made himself available to answer all the questions I had and helped me with all my issues with everything.
