Very kind employees but very scummy company. Lots of hidden fees and if you have insurance on a new phone and it breaks they replace it with a refurbished phone even when your phone is in warranty. The employee told me the company does that so they can get brand new phones in their inventory to sell when they send the broken phones back to the companies.

Excellent customer service! They have been able to take care of several issues with my service in the store. Online can never get it straight. The people are always friendly and nice. They treat you as a special customers every time I've been there.

Verizon FIOS is the best internet service provider I’ve had hands down. However, their satellite locations stink. I’ve been to 3 locations and only because I had to go there. This review is about this specific location. Two months ago, I moved and was attempting to return my equipment since I stopped service. I was told I couldn’t return the equipment because it showed my service was on-going. I explained that I disconnected, he looked at my account and stated that I’d have to wait until January 20th (the last day of my billing cycle). I wasn’t looking for proration even though Verizon should definitely have that in place (greed). I simply just wanted to turn in my equipment so I didn’t forget and end up being charged the astronomical equipment fee. I left the store frustrated, called customer service who debated with me telling me to go back. I didn’t because I clearly understood what I was told. I also didn’t want to waste anymore time or gas for that matter. You never guess what happened. I FORGOT TO BRING THE EQUIPMENT BACK until I got a notification that it hadn’t been received. So here I am 2 and a half months later trying to return this equipment. Not a pleasant experience at all.

After being wrongly directed to their store to return a product, they directed me to another store on Virginia Beach blvd... only for the store to tell me they could not assist me.

I've been to the store at least three times in the last year with phone issues and I've always lucked out and gotten Andre Chestnut as my advisor / helper. He is wonderful! I am a senior citizen and get confused easily. He is always patient with me and very knowledgeable! He deserves a raise!!

The reps here, including the manager, assured me all seven times I asked them that my grandfathered phone policy would not change and here I am almost a year later and i've been paying twenty five dollars more every month since dealing with them. Poor customer service and deceptive practices. To sum it up with one word. Pathetic

I have spent over 30+ years in business,20 years with one of the most successful companies on the planet.The experience I had yesterday on 7/09/24 was absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had.I am moving so I was trying to transfer my service,the website which recently was updated is useless,you cannot talk to a Verizon person through chat,when you try it keeps circling back.You never get to chat with a Verizon person,tried getting a callback ,got multiple callbacks,always a computer voice which would hang up on me before the completion of the call.Went online to try to find a number,found one,finally spoke to a person who had me turn my router in,with the expectation I would get a new router,the new router was never ordered,went to the store twice,it was never there.I showed up yesterday at the store just trying to get my old router which didn't need to be turned in,store personal had to make a call to get approval to get me a different router than the one they never ordered,we waited for 35 minutes for a Verizon person to give the green light to get me a different router,they couldn't get the new router to attach to my account until about 25 minutes later,tried to give me a card with Verizon tech support and said I could take the router but I would have to get Verizon tech support on the phone in order to activate,I declined and have decided to terminate my service w/verizon.There were at least 10 verizon people in that store,not one of them had the ability to make a decision.Verizon failed on their app,Verizon failed on the phone,Verizon failed at store level.The CEO of Verizon gets paid about 20+ million a year,he either knows about the dumpster fire that is their customer service,or has no clue,either case he needs to be fired.I will never use any Verizon service again.I have been a customer for 10 years and I can see why other companies have steadily been taking Verizon market share,Verizon you have lost your way,bye Felicia

Switched my service and got a new iPhone at this location. Jamari was super helpful and great to work with. He was very patient and was able to guide me through all the options with no pressure at all. Would highly recommend this location.

The female service representative is perhaps the rudest individual I’ve ever met. All she kept saying was “that’s in the app” and cuts you off. She clearly feels dealing with a customer ti being a disruption in her day. Avoid this store and the staff that did nothing to help.
