There was no flurry, no confusion—only calm competence and a keen attention to detail that left no question unanswered, no feature unexplained.

Rude customer service regarding Verizon Fios. They repeatedly tried to make me store their equipment in our house after I brought it in to have it cancelled. They also could not even cancel it for me. Terrible connection and expensive prices. Their agents have harassed our neighborhood for months to try and switch. Awful customer service throughout the entire process.

I updated our plans and my son’s phone stopped working properly. My son tried to ‘fix’ his iPhone using mine… locked them both up completely. We walked in, and Kelly immediately knew what to do. Within 10-15 minutes we both walked out with working and fully updated phones. She came off to me as a tech genius. 110% recommend!

I recently switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. I ported over two numbers and traded in my iPhone 15 pro. First and foremost, it took around 2 hours in the store to finalize everything. On my way home I realize that the transfer wasn't successful. After a couple of hours of speaking to tech support the figure this out. Later that night I realize my 2-step verifications codes were not working with some apps. Apparently the phone I traded in was still logged in on some applications. It's funny because everything was erased. I thought I was going to get a stronger service signal, however that was not the case. The service is almost identical to T-Mobile. Lastly, I wish that the sales rep would have explain before taking the phone and ask do you have a lease on this or is it paid in full... Transparency is key in sales, and actually doesn't hinder a sale. I'm in sales myself and I win more business with this mindset. So Verizon made out with the resale of my iPhone 15 pro, while I have to pay off the other lease. It's a win win for them not the customer in this case. I would have switched if that just did a better job at explaining this. So anyone who is considering switching, take note of all of the above before you commit...

If you’re gonna go to Verizon make sure you ask for I think Cj or TJ for help. I apologize for forgetting your name but he is probably the best person to help you with anything to do with phones and Verizon deals. He got it done and fast too I’m telling you I’ve been to so many places like teen Mobil and they do not care or even try to help you like this guy. I don’t know what his position is but I definitely know I would not have gotten a phone if he was not the one to help me.

Ray is a great manager, very knowledgeable and helpful. I was not credited my iPhone turned in but he discussed that it was due to me changing my plan immediately after trade-in. He recommended ways to save, and cared! Thank you.5 stars if I ever get a replacement for phone I traded in and never received a credit from.

Raymond was absolutely incredible. I was referred to him by a friend and said how above the top he went for her so I decided to come see him after not upgrading my phone for over 8 years. He helped me get into a new Motorola phone and helped me understand the basics of how to call, message, use the camera, and operate the phone. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a new phone! Thank you Raymond!

I had a GREAT visit yesterday at the Verizon Store. I bought the new IPHONE and a bunch of accessories with it. Alyssa is beyond fantastic and helped me through a difficult experience. Alyssa and the staff there are the best and I highly recommend that Verizon branch!!! Thanks again!!!!

I visited this store after facing problems activating my new phone/transferring data from my old phone. With no service fee, Bill Brooks (sales representative) worked with me for several hours. He remained extremely friendly and patient the entire time. He was also very knowledgeable about different topics and solved all of my phone issues. For any Verizon users/soon-to-be consumers in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area, this is the place to go!
