I went into the Verizon store today after going to AT&T and Best Buy. Nick Seery helped me transfer my service and set up my new iPhone. He is really what we all want and need in customer service. Knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. Going into this, it was a stressful process and Nick helped me and I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend Nick for all your Verizon cell needs. Thanks Nick!!

Mr. Edmonds was extremely patient and helpful to my parents and me! He made sure all of our issues were addressed and resolved before we left the store! It was greatly appreciated!

Nicholas Seery assisted me with a new phone purchase. Verizon should be proud to have him as an employee. He was thorough and explained all details I needed to know. He also assisted other customers while my phone was transferring over information to the new phone without any delay in my purchase. He knows customer service well and should be awarded for it. Nick, job well done!

I hold a business account with Verizon Wireless, and this was my first time visiting the Providence Road location. I must say the customer service is second to none. I was having issues with my wireless router, and Robert E. stepped up and took care of the issue. Robert answered all of my questions and was able to give me solid opinions by utilizing his resources at Verizon Wireless to replace my router with non pressure Sales tactics. I’m very appreciative of his knowledge and patience in this matter. I will definitely visit the store again!

Julie was absolutely incredible today! She was very professional, explained everything thoroughly and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. If I wasn’t moving across the country I would go directly to her again for anything else I needed!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did you lose a customer at This store but your losing a customer in general. We went in to pick up our new iPhone 15s that we were given a deal we were supposed to get them for free just taxes. And an iPad bc of the purchase of the phones. We had to wait for them to come in due to the GB size unfortunately the man who was our sales rep who was wonderful. Was no longer employed. Well the lady. Whose name I found was Shevi Price. We felt with today. Had HORRIBLE customer service sales experience. Spoke to my husband and I like we were stupid. And gave us an attitude the entire time and refused to give us the deal we were offered. At that point I was upset I wanted to just leave I left and as I was leaving she got an attitude and talking down to us as we were walking out . So I told her have the day you deserve. She then called me a b****. If this is how yall are training your employees to treat your customers I want nothing do with your service. Disgusted. I left the store in tears bc the deal I was promised was not only denied to me I was cussed out for being upset which I had every right to be. This interaction occurred last Monday. The next day my husband called the distract manager who didn’t care at all. They seem to think they can do whatever they want because they aren’t corporate owned. Absolutely disgusting. I am well aware my husband also reviewed however I want people to truly be aware about my experience and for them to know who to avoid if they decide to come in this store. Seeing as Ms Shevi Price has no problem cussing out a customer especially in front of children.

Rude disrespectful associate. This location is not a corporate owned store so they will curse you out and bob their head like a bobble head toy. I’ve called Verizon corporate and they are getting involved and doing an investigation on them for calling my wife a B word. The district manager is aware of the situation and said ok and….. i’d suggest going to the military highway location for a better experience because this location does not know how to operate with professionalism and feeds off drama

I would like to acknowledge Alex and Benzamar for going beyond today. I needed a new phone ASAP. Alex advised me that Benzamar will be helping she is in training. He will be assisting. They were so helpful. They provided all the information for my new payments and new phone. Theses two a Great asset to Verizon. Very pleased and professional.

Alex was very professional, courteous, and helpful compared to his subordinate Nick. It’s nice to know as an 18yr Verizon customer that Alex treats and helps Verizon customers as his own since Cellular Sales represents Verizon . Nick should watch and learn from Alex on how customer service is done. Somebody needs to show him how to do his job instead of “trying” to peacock in front of the trainees…

Recently I traded in my Apple iPhone for a new model and signed up to switch my internet service to Fios. Olga was such a great help that 5 stars is not enough. With no pressure she helped me find the right plan for the phone and then guided me through the Fios options. A week later i returned to sign up the package she recommended. Patiently and expertly she took me through the paperwork and made sure that everything was in order. Her professionalism and calm actually made the experience enjoyable. Thank you for such a great salesperson.
