Chip and his crew at Victory Auto have helped me multiple times. I had an emergency oil leak that they were immediately able to take in, assess and get back on the road in less than 24hrs. I had an interior leak that he was immediately able to look at and tell what the problem and solution were. Chip is extremely knowledgeable and I always feel like I'm being taken care of by family. I'll continue to bring all my vehicles all the way from Richmond right to him for his expertise, attention and personability.

VICTORY TRANSMISSIONIs a local family owned business.I believe word of mouth is the best advertisement.Victory transmission went above and beyond when fixing my car.Not only did they replace my transmission. Chip was awesome! His crew got my truck fixed in time for me to take my road trip. Not only did they fix it but they we very caring. Constantly communicating updates and times as they knew i was trying to leave town but wanted to do the job right. Thanks guys I appreciate you.

Pretty much thought I needed clutch kit but shop thought I needed a new/rebuilt transaxle. Nope. Another shop diagnosed the noise problem as the pilot bearing, put in a clutch kit and flywheel. No noise, shifts great now.

Was very impress with the professionalism and level of service. Preformed a service I had been trying to do myself, unsuccessfully, for 5 hours. In less than an hour my issue was resolved. I have taken all 3 of my vehicles to Victory Auto and Transmissions over the last 2 years. They have done everything from oil changes to transmissions and engine overhauls. They have always gave me the best price and service that anyone could ask for.
