Beyond dissatisfied with this branch. Had an issue 2 months in a row with some random person paying their cell phone bill with my account number and routing number NOT my debit card. On Sept 19th I went to let them know. Instead of filing a fraud form they call the lady and she transfers the money to my account to cover her cell phone bill. This month I'd happens AGAIN!! How the branch dealt with this I am not satisfied with so I called and spoke with someone from the fraud department only for them to tell me to sign onto the app and start a chat because he wasn't able to help me. I start a chat and speak with a man and he was way more helpful dealing with this issue. He also told me the guy I spoke with from the fraud department was in fact able to do what I was asking. So they don't care about your time and could careless about your personal bank info. Odd how they couldn't call her this time and have her transfer money back to my account. We shall see if they actually file this fraud claim this time or not. I'd imagine they will because of the stuff I am doing.I ended up going back to the branch to fill out a form I could have done the first time I was there. Wendy (Assistant Branch Manager) was walking towards an office and asked how I was doing. I responded pretty sarcastic something similar to "fantastic because I enjoy my time being wasted" and she laughed. She is also aware of what is going on with my account and I guess thought it's funny that they waste people's time and could careless about the security of your account information.But it's handled now and is a "high priority" ?If there is a response from Langley Federal telling me to contact them about this I will not because they will not be any help and I am dealing with this outside of the bank and there will be more to come from this

An absolute disgrace and disappointment. Langley PCU experience has been a disaster. Terrible policies, total disrespect to the client. I would never recommend such financial institution to anyone. Look for your business elsewhere.

I feel impressed with the wonderful work well done, I was told every achievement begins with a decision to try, I was a victim of scam but I got convinced by the right person of which I gave in a try of $300 investment and I got a profit of $2100 in seven days. We recently joined the credit union while car shopping. Not only were we treated with kindness and respect, the entire staff went out of their way to ensure we got the best loan. When we ran into some issues at the dealership, Patrice stayed late to help us. We are transferring all our accounts to the credit union. Amazing customer service! We feel like family!!!

***** UPDATE**** I received a phone call from Ryan today. He explained everything about my account and answered all my questions. He really went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were meant and I GREATLY appreciate it. I would recommend this bank if you go to Ryan. He have great customer service.

Don't count on personalized service. They put you on hold only to hang up on you. You leave your number and WILL NOT get a return call.

My card was declined. It's after hours so there's nowhere to call for help. Checked my mobile app. I have more than enough funds in both my checking and savings accounts. What gives this business the right to hold onto my funds without contacting me via phone, email or by mail? I realize I have no access to my $$$ because I can't put gas in my car. What if I had an emergency? Who am I supposed to turn to then? Closing my account ASAP. I cannot use the ATM to withdraw cash. Anyone ever write a check to put gas in their car at the Wawa? Unbelievable!!!
