This looks like a credit union, but it's not. It's a cartoon of a credit union. Months ago we went to their branch office and made an application. Our credit, statements, documents and interest rate all were okayed. A time line of of two to four weeks for conclusion was stated. A month later more information was needed that was immediately provided. Three months later after pressing for information, we we told a much higher rate and a much lower amount. Credibility? No Their phone system is nothing but a labyrinthine maze. User friendly ? No You can't trust what they say. They don't do what they tell you. You just can't count on what do. They have no respect for their customers. Go elsewhere. Don't waste your time.

I echo some of the previous comments. The difficulty gaining access to the account is ridiculous. Their attempt to verify the account trys to send a text to a landline phone and nearly impossible to get them to understand. I spend more of my time trying to give them money to make a payment; they should pay me. They are a juvenile operation with a system that needs the attention of teenager to make it all work. If the leadership exists, hopefully they'll read some of these reviews and make some changes, otherwise they should close their doors.

Ruined my credit with this bank! Online banking doesn't work and won't allow you to log in even with the correct password, apps don't work and computer don't work it's a pain! Rep helped me set up autopay and said they would help with removing the late payment but did not in the end. My credit score dropped nearly 100 pts on 1 late payment.

They make it impossible to process a payoff. If you do online, like most banls allow, they don't process it for 3 days so you then have to go and pay the remaining balance of interest that accrues. AND, you can only pay up to $7000 at a time online. So, if you owe more, you have to process it in multiple days because they max your daily online payments at $7000. Will never use them again for a loan or any other banking needs!! Poor customer service and policies

Frustratingly impossible to do business with. I got a loan through Langley in 2017 when I bought my truck. It was something like 2.4% interest so it seemed like a good deal. Since then it's been nothing but a pain in the butt to deal with. Their website for whatever reason just does not let me login half the time and says my account doesnt exist, despite using auto-login and remember password, even writing everything down because I felt like I was going crazy logging in every few months. It's been 4 years now. I traded my truck in to a dealer and the dealer paid the remaining balance but langley still wants to bill me through autopay. I've attempted to cancel it numerous times through their website but as of now, there is NO WAY to cancel. Living on the west coast now, our business hours do not align and when I actually get the time to call, their offices are already closed. They do not offer any kind of 24 hour service. Their website and app are garbage and are continuously broken. Never again.

If you're looking at doing a transaction through the drive-thru, go find another location. This is the slowest I've ever seen; had to back out because I sat there behind someone for a total of 8 minutes and nothing happening. This is not what drive-thru banking is supposed to be. If it takes that long they should just close their drive-thru.
