Got to vaccine clinic early and waited for the check in. I received a call a few minutes later with questions and next received a text with my spot in line. Once they came and got my dog they brought him back until the test came through. Then they took him back for vaccine. The staff were all kind and helpful.

I have been using VB SPCA clinic for all my pets for many years now and I always was very good experience .Staff is friendly and caring , from reception to Doctors.All my emails and voicemails answered ,clinical staff treats my pets nicely , without rushing it And of course prices are affordable.
