Wow, looks like im not the only one who's felt this pharmacy service has gone down immensely since Rite Aid closed & their customers moved to Walgreens. Today's encounter with one of their pharmacists over the phone was the last straw for me, after being with them for the past 15 years. Medications been backed up even after auto refill that I've had FOREVER, their text notifications have suddenly tankered as well. This last incident, I had to renew my one of my prescriptions with my doctor, so the office sent the fill request to the pharmacy 7/15. 2-3 days go by, i get a message its delayed.. OK, things happen. My prescription is now down to 3 days worth, so on 7/18 I call the pharmacy to ask if I could get an emergency supply to last me a few days until my prescription fills. Never got a call/email/text letting me know when I could pick it up. Reminder text messages stopped, and i never recieved a call about if my full prescription ever got filled, so yesterday (7/26) I go ONLINE to check my RX status, only to see that it was CANCELED. Pharmacy was already closed, called TODAY (7/27) and waited 1 hour + 10 mins until someone finally got to me. After explaining the situation, the pharmacist started raising her voice at me like it was MY fault that either someone there or their system somehow canceled my entire refill order, and proceeded to tell me she does not see anything in their system indicating that my doctors office never sent a request. I can literally pull up my patient portal showing my doctor office sent my 90-day refill. She also implied that I was lying about thr emergency refill saying that they don't take emergency refill requests over the phones, when I literally spoke to someone & was told they'd process it & ill get a text of when I can pick it up. I just never got the text! Pharmacist never even apologized for any inconvenience and was not sympathetic whatsoever, while I never got loud or rude. She just continued to try to talk over me with a horrible attitude & was really snappy. Never got her name, but she spoke with an accent. Its a shame, because for as long as I've been a customer to this pharmacy location, everyone I've come across were always polite. Not sure who this lady is, but her alone was enough to decide its time to switch pharmacies.

Although the people working at this pharmacy are polite I just cannot give them a good review. There’s always a line around the building and a longer one inside, you wait on hold for a very long time to speak to someone and half the time after waiting 45 minute + you’re disconnected once someone actually picks up. Most importantly you have to call monthly to make sure your controlled Rx can be filled and there has been too many times to count they are out of stock or back order on your medication. The pharmacy just doesn’t run smoothly so even though it’s more work I’m moving all my Rx to a new pharmacy.

You will have to wait because it is a line and that is called civilization people. Odds are your doctor or insurance company messed something up which is something Walgreens cannot fix. Get a grip people

This location is nice but constantly shorthanded!
Also the parking lot is arranged in such a way that most of it is wasted and not optimal for customer use.

Absolutely deplorable customer service. Then when I reported It to the manager, she defended the employee. Have been going there for years and give them the benefit of the doubt for the ridiculous wait times because they have been understaffed for the almost 10 years that I've been going there. They have not adjusted to the post Covid era. If you go here, be prepared to not only Wait 30 minutes for prescriptions that have already been filled, But receive them with an attitude when you finally get to the counter.

PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO WORK IN THE PHARMACY!!!!!! It is ridiculous that I have to wait in line for 30 minutes just to pick up one prescription that was already filled! I feel like Walgreens at this location does not care and just wants to make more money even though they have doubled the amount of population in the last 6 months due to rite aide closers! Do Better!

Absolute horrid pharmacy my sons prescription was put in the previous day so I came in the morning to get the medicine and was told the medicine wasn’t filled and that it will be filled in a few hours and to wait for a text … waited 3 hours and they only filled one of his medicines… now as I write this I decided to walk in instead of waiting in the long car line (was wrapped around store) and inside was 15 people long , and I hear them telling multiple customers that their medicine hasn’t been filled yet … also I hear the same said on the phone …. Who the heck is filling these medicines … wasting peoples precious time and health … please revamp this pharmacy or hire a new team because this one is not cutting it.

Pharmacy used to be a lot better. I don't know if they are accepting more scripts than they can handle or are understaffed. But of you need a medication quickly - like if you'd been released from the ER/Hospital you might be waiting 6+ hours.

The reason why this store sucks is because they are to cheap to hire another person to help in the pharmacy, and why does it take 3 or more days to fill a prescription.

Always a long wait to pick up each prescription. They buy up Rite Aid close to them and then their busines/service goes from bad to terrible
