For the pharmacy, thy are super kind and polite, very fast and attentive. They even looked up the best discounts for my prescription. 10/10 Recommend! I don't understand why everyone gave it one star, because it's the best pharmacy I've been to so far.

Deserves a zero for their awful point of service and lack of customer care. They do not answer their phones, often letting calls ring out until you are disconnected. As consumers, we should all "hang up" on this location.

Illegally split my medicine in half because they didn’t have the full quantity rather than letting me go to another Walgreens. We were traveling so I wasn’t able to pick up the second half until next week. When I went to grab my medicine, they refused to give it to me entirely, saying it was my fault it was split.
I’ll be reporting this to iPledge for fraud.

This Walgreens has the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in. Please get some great quality help. They need an effective and respectful leader. It’s ridiculously slow. My goodness.

Wife injuries her knee so visit doctor at 8am in the morning. Doctor calls in pain meds to this Walgreen’s. Keep calling all day and still not ready. Wife in pain all day and all night not able to sleep. Get to the pharmacy when they open (which they open late) and the girl at the register (you will know who she is if you visit) has the worst attitude, no sympathy and all excuses of being busy and why she can’t get it filled timely. I wait for it and she just gives constant attitude as if customers are inconvenience. Guess what? You are in a customer service business…perhaps you shouldn’t. Just hope no one she cares for has to wait on her to get anything done. They need to find someone else to be the face of their pharmacy up front. Move her to floor stocking shelves after hours. Absolutely horrible.

Aweful experience. Showed up 3 hours after my perscription was called in. Waited in line for 30 minutes just to have them say the doctor did not call it in. I got my doctor on speaker phone and he said he had called it in. They said "oh yes we just found it. come back in 1 hour". I came back 2.5 hours later, waited in line again, only to have them tell me it's still not ready, "come back in an hour." I came back in an hour and the pharmacy was closed and won't open until after memorial day! Now I'm facing a 3 day holiday weekend in significant pain. This pharmasist is grossly negligent and does not care about patient well being. A travesty of healthcare. I will never step foot in this store again.

I love going to this Walgreens They're very friendly! However the Pharmacy is horrible. Everyone that works the Pharmacy is rude which is why I transferred my prescriptions to Walmart. Never in my life have I seen an entire department this rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible customer serviceDrive through was "open" but they made everyone come inside due to a register being down.As a leader, you should close the drive through or use the inside register.Once I came inside, the black lady wearing a face mask was very rude and yelled at me several times.This is NOT someone I would want to work for me due to her horrible customer service skills.When I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me.The pharmacists told me she was too busy to fill my prescription.So lazy and rude

The WORST pharmacy. The staff that answers are always irritated and have no customer service. I've been waiting a MONTH for a prescription that I kept being told "it's ordered it's ordered". Today I finally got to speak with the pharmacist and she says "we can't order that. Sorry". I was furious. I've been waiting for my prescription for a month. Some man who works there reassured me three times that he's ordered it. Also asked about my daughter's prescription that was sent in a week ago only to be told "well it's over the counter can't you buy it on Amazon" I said no it was prescribed and it's not available over the counter. She told me to call other pharmacies. Terrible customer service.

I go to Walgreen's for 2 things: drive thru pharmacy and FedEx package drop off. And for these 2 services, they do well. I just dropped off a package, unknowingly excluded a tracking portion of the mailing label. Please know they follow policy to let me know they can't provide packaging supplies. But policies are meant to have exceptions in dire situations - I would have had to drive miles back to get a small strip of tape. So practicality and courtesy and customer satisfaction came first and prevailed - thank you for great decision making and service! Will continue to be your customer!

This pharmacy needs to be under new management. They are not open on weekends. Staff is always changing and half the Techs don't know what they're doing. When I call to refill my scripts, if it is not a tenured Tech who knows my name, I get told there are no prescriptions to be filled. They are slow and not friendly. If there was a power outage one day, resulting in prescriptions being backlogged, why would they not be proactive and bring in extra help to get caught up? I was sick so went through the drive thru at 5pm and my prescription that was sent in 6 hours earlier was not even started. They told me to come inside for faster service..... so I can spread my germs??????? God forbid a pharmacist actually come in early or stay later than scheduled hours. A power outage does not prevent people from needing their medicine. This pharmacy is just ridiculous! The test of the store is average and cashiers are usually friendly.
