Absolutely horrible pharmacy. I was told my prescription would take 30 minutes to fill without insurance. So no approvals needed. Here it is 2 pm and now my prescription is ready.

This place used to be good. In the last years it looks like they don’t care anymore. They seem to find more and more ways to violate consumer trust in each visit. The current employees appear to relish in doing so. After numerous such violations, today was drive through closure an hour before stated on the sign in their own drive through window. Went in to ask. They simply stated “that’s because of an employee issue”. Not even an apology. We as customers promise to pay promptly. Can we say we can’t because of a financial issue? Will that be ok. Those promises of hours are a contract. Violations are NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Worst pharmacy ever. You can call two days ahead and then call the day before pickup, then when you arrive they tell you it's still not ready and you will have to wait 15-20mins. Numerous times I have been lied to by them.

If I could put no stars this one would qualify. This started last Tuesday. My husband is getting 2 teeth extracted and had 3 scripts sent in before the extraction. Prescription was sent to my pharmacy by mistake. So on Wednesday I called Walgreens (20 mins 3 times) to get them to call the other Pharmacy to send scripts to them. Each 20 minute call ended with being hung up on. Finally, I was told they would call other Pharmacy and request scripts. I just went by to pick up prescriptions and they had none. First was told they had no record of my calls or of the prescriptions. Then when I explained they said they have not recieved prescriptions. His surgery is Tuesday.....this is so unacceptable. Once complete we will switch pharmacies. I truly hate incompetent people. Walgreens Pharmacy has lost my business.

Staffers are friendly and receptive, but the pharmacy seemed a bit shorthanded this past Monday morning. It didn't diminish the service that they provided, though. Workers were very courteous, and I found that I didn't need the vaccine I'd come for in the first place! It was refreshing to deal with someone who took the time to consult medical information! I've just recently begun coming to this Walgreens, and I'm happy with my experiences here! 😃

They have screwed up our Rx 3 times now - wrong amount of pills, messages saying our Rx is ready and when we get there, it's not. Undependable and frustrating.

Staff is always nice. Being a single father of a teenage daughter greatly appreciates the Walgreens clerk that helped me get the right products for her to help her with cramps. No judgment, she noticed a father that was struggling trying to understand what products I need to get for her pain relief. Thank you ma'am!

A customer in front of me was being very very rude to the cashier and he handled it beautifully!!! So here's a five star rating and give that guy a raise please. 🙏🏻

It's become increasingly impossible to get anyone from this pharmacy on the phone. What started out as 10-20 minute waits with a few folks ahead of you in the queue has snowballed over the past year or so into inexplicable 45 minute holds with no indication of there being anyone in front of you.
The final straw that convinced me to leave a Google review was a similarly excruciating wait that ended in whomever taking the call and *immediately* hanging up.
Not a good pharmacy to get meds that are often out of stock.

Pharmacy can be a bit busy, but it's not for a lack of staffing. Staff in the store are generally friendly.

Their pharmacy is excellent. I needed to get a prescription from here and the person I spoke too was so helpful and sweet. She ran my prescription through Walgreens discount prescription program and I saved so much money on my medications. I really like using Walgreens for my pharmacy, but I don't ever buy anything else from the store because it's too expensive. This pharmacy in particular has always been great for me and I will continue to use this specific location for my prescriptions.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have had nothing but frustration with this pharmacy. They constantly forget to order my medically necessary prescriptions, they will hang the phone up on you rather than answer, and it’s obvious that the majority of pharmacy employees do not care about you.
