Staffers kept in contact with me while in touch with my provider. Approvals came through (after many delays), and I picked up my meds in a timely manner.

Really big fan of everyone here, especially Jean! They go out of their way to make sure prescriptions are filled or auto-filled if you need them, and have helped out with coupons for prescriptions that have been pricy. Very happy!

Absolutely horrible and rude!! Never going back here again!! The only thing that was good was the manager she was amazing and after a week finally magically got our meds! The one lady is very rude,lazy and a liar claimed never got one of our med orders in when manager said it's in their system! Magically all meds got filled after getting manager involved! Like I stated will NEVER go back there she needs fired and manager knew who we were talking about too!

We have had consistently poor interactions with the staff at this pharmacy. While some staff are good, the bad ones are truly worth avoiding. Pharmacy tech Nicole doesn't even seem capable of speaking to people with respect and consideration. On my last visit, she was clearly wrong about an insurance coverage issue, and when I tried to clarify the situation with her, she sarcastically asked me if I needed her to speak more slowly so I could understand her. The fact that she has not been fired is a reflection on the entire location. Go somewhere else, we certainly will be.

Honestly, it's the absolute worst experience almost every time I have to fill a prescription here, and it hasn't changed in almost a decade of living next to this location. Most of the employees have an attitude problem and are incompetent with their jobs. Why people choose to work in customer service when they have none is beyond me. I've even had the pharmacist miscount my medicine before. Tonight, I was told I had no order ready when I was told my script was ready yesterday. Same stuff different day. Someone needs to do a complete overhaul and re-training event for the pharmacy staff at this location. I could go on and on. Although this location is within walking distance of my house, I'd rather drive 15 to go to a reputable pharmacy who won't treat customers as nothing more than annoyances.

Walgreens pharmacy doesnt seem to care. Every time I am sick. I have to wait anywhere from 4 to 13 hours for my medication. One time I had a UTI. The medication was sent over at 8 am. At 9 am when they opened i called and asked when it would be ready. They said noon. I came by at noon, they said one hour, then every hour until 4pm. 7 hours I had to suffer with a UTI before I got my medication. I currently have a sinus infection, my meds were sent over at 6:30pm yesterday. They did not work on it last night at all. This is just two examples of how unreliable Walgreens has become. There has been two more times with the same waiting times for meds. Time for a change.

I don't know what's going on with this location but it's gone downhill the last year, I have to wait days for a monthly prescription every time, it's doesn't make sense and they shouldn't be making people fall out of routine of daily meds.

I am very disappointed with the pharmacy staff. The only reason I fill my prescriptions here is because Harris Teeter no longer takes my ins. Anyway the staff are so rude. Very intimidating and not kind at all on any level. They always have issues with my meds that I have been getting for over 20 years until now they have issues. That tells me somrthing is wrong here. I need to find a new pharmacy
