This was my first stop for passport photo and the clerk at the photo section told me “I don’t have time” I will not be back.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I scheduled a vaccine appointment but they closed the vaccine check-in counter. So I have to wait in the drop off + pick up line. The line goes along the entire back wall. It took over an hour for me to get my vaccine. Completely ridiculous, I recommend everybody in the area choose a different pharmacy.

Lesley in the beauty isle is the best!! 🥹 she helped me so much and figured out ways to get coupons. I appreciate this so much as a girlie who spends a lot on beauty products. She’s a jem! 💎 🩷

I went to walgreens to get a few vaccines that my mom set up for me. When I got there I was informed that I needed my passport. That’s no problem because my mom would bring it. The women behind the counter made me feel stupid and ashamed. When she asked if the appointment was made through phone call I said I didn’t know. She said, “well that’s no helpful”. I’m 20 and doing my best. She then laughed and told the pharmacist what was going on WHILE LAUGHING. I stood there quietly because I hate confrontation. But there is zero reason to talk to someone the way she spoke to me. After our conversation I sat in the chairs and cried. This women named Reagan. Made me cry, and over what? Because I didn’t bring my passport. She very loudly exclaimed that she didn’t know what was going on with me and that she didn’t know when my mom was going to get there. She could’ve just asked me. The pharmacist was very nice and helpful towards me, but making me feel awful because I didn’t get information is not ok.

Terrible customer service! I updated this review due to the last several experiences with their pharmacy drive thru. They lack customer service skills and have the worst attitude.

NIGHTMARISH waiting times, no matter the day or time.
Yesterday the drive through lanes were both full and wrapped around into the parking lot so I went inside instead. There were 9 people already waiting in line and they have no chairs, benches or waiting areas available. My daughter and I stood in line for 40 minutes just to get one prescription. By the time I got to the counter, there were another 11 people waiting in line!!!! It’s insanity. And forget trying to call for anything. You’ll just get put on hold for 45 minutes.
The staff are extremely nice but man do they need to hire more people and possibly expand the pharmacy area. The ONLY reason I go to Walgreens is because CVS doesn’t carry this particular medication. Ugh.

I’ve recently had to use Walgreens because Cvs conveniently hasn’t been able to get my medication that I’ve been taken for 26 years. Last month went very smooth smoothly and the young lady that helped me at Walgreens was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Today I called and unfortunately got to speak with Tiffany . She’s rude not very knowledgeable and seems like I was bothering her.. She told me that the prices of medication changed daily. That’s the biggest lie I’ve ever heard. She simply didn’t want to go through the trouble of helping somebody with a question she didn’t have an answer to.. I was thinking about moving all my medication to Walgreens but after today’s phone call, I’ve decided that’s not gonna happen.

They are getting worse every time I go there. I received a text message to pickup my prescription. I drove 35 min to pick it up, and I was told that my prescription needed to be filled. I left and I got in my car, and with less than a minute, I received a text message again saying my medication was ready for pickup. I left without my medication.
This pharmacy is rated a 2 for a good reason! I rate them as they need new management! Call me if you want additional feedback.

Needs a new manager because there is no way 4 different employees in the pharmacy put me on hold during my 45 minute lunch break. "This is the pharmacy can you hold please" Is this the best you can offer Walgreens, the 15 billion dollar company? I understand everything is understaffed and overworked and overcrowded, I work in the field in construction but we still out here grinding so I understand more than any department manager would. Cmon guys.

First experience was where I made an appointment for a vaccination. I waited in line for 1/2 an hour to be told to have a seat to wait :40. This shot was required for foreign country entrance by their immigration. After another:40 I approached the counter to ask how much longer it would be. I was told the original pharmacist had finished left and the new on was in a meeting on the phone.
Once he was available:20 later he proceeded to debate the country requirement for entry as if their immigration cares about his opinion. Finally a tech gave me one of 2 REQUIRED vaccinations.
Second experience:
Tried to renew medication over automatic refills over the phone. As the system would not accept the Rx number I was automatically forwarded to the pharmacy. As soon as they picked up, and heard the problem they cut me off.
From my stance the pharmacy techs here are great, it’s the pharmacists who are arrogant, and lack customer service (or basic people) skills.

I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews, this is probably the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and actually helped me with my allergies. She walked behind the counter to assist me because I was overwhelmed with everything. She then gave me specific instructions on how to use them and honestly I haven’t had any trouble since then. She also helps me with coupons when my insurance doesn’t pay and they are always so friendly. This is a very busy pharmacy and it must get very overwhelming. Patience goes a long way.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got wrong prescription paid $90 for medication I can't use and they refused to take it back and refund me even though I never left the store. Will never be back and my family will never use them again. CVS is much cheaper and their customer service is way better and they understand and help u get the right medication

Customer service is trash. We walked in and the lady named Remy didn’t speak at all. We get to the register and she still didn’t say a word. I don’t know what training she had but she needs to try again.

Visiting family in the area and had to have a prescription transferred here. NEVER again. The assistant pharmacy manager is a real piece of work. She has the personality of a slug, and is super confrontational. Surprised Walgreens employees her. Wonder if she behaves this way with all customers or just customers of a certain hue. ?

I went to this pharmacy to get my prescription and had the displeasure of being "assisted" by Courtney. She was extremely rude and disrespectful when I simply asked her questions about my medications. If she doesn't want to assist customers, that's her prerogative but please do not have her in a front-facing position where her JOB is to provide customer service. She will be reported to upper management.
