Second Walgreens to get a paper photo. After waiting at the photo section and no one would help even though they are looking at me. I had to walk to the register to ask for help. They can not do passport photos because they don’t have the backdrop. If you can’t do the simple things, just close the store!

I was going to send file an online complaint but the form is so bad it tells you to select a store but won't let you do it. Today my wife and I had covid booster appointments 2:30 and 2:45. I get there and they'd given my wife's slot to someone else. NOT GOOD! We both left without getting boosters. ... three weeks later we book another appointment and got our shots. This time it too took them 25 minutes just to give us the forms and 65 minutes to give us our shots. NOT A GOOD TRACK RECORD. Then they close the pharmacy in the afternoon so you can't get your meds. GRRRRRRRRRRR

Very poor customer service. You wait in line for 45 minutes just to see if your order is ready only to be told it's not. They say you will receive text alerts but they never come although I have opted in for them.

Unfortunately this is the closest pharmacy to my house. I have been frustrated with them on numerous occasions as well as my husband. We get these calls and messages regarding prescription refills. Then when it comes time to pick them up, they are never ready. This last time, I was told to come back in 20 minutes. Came back in an hour and was told they were still working on it? Now I will have to look for another pharmacy because this is unnecessary stress I don’t want to deal with every time I pick up my scripts.

Even though I had a wait time, there was only one person helping both the inside window and the car drive up and also filling the order boxes. She was exceptionally great, and I mentioned that to her as well!

Pharmacy is terrible they take days to fill medications then the pharmacy person on the phone had the nerve to ask " well are you fully out" no duh that's why I need it filled go else where this has happened multiple times if you can I'd recommend to not go here waiting an hour just to talk to someone

I've always been impressed by how quickly my prescriptions are ready here. Yesterday, I had some meds called in for a nasty double ear infection. I don't have my new insurance card yet, but the kind employee went ahead and price-matched on good rx for me. My ear drops weren't in stock, but the pharmacist printed out the information and encouraged me to call other pharmacies to see if it was in stock elsewhere. Thanks to his advice, I was able to get them later at another walgreens. I appreciate both these employees so much!

I am in the area helping my friend out with her newborn. Had my prescription called into this store. Called the next day to be sure that it would process, without issue, and when. (They said, ‘March 8th it would go through,” and they said, “yes, I’d receive a text.”) I realized on March 10th I was out of medicine and had not received a text. So I called the store, and it was closed. Apparently the pharmacy here, unlike all of the Walgreens where I live, is closed on Sundays. Since my medication is a controlled medication, it could not be moved to another Walgreens, and I ended up experiencing withdrawal symptoms, for 24 hours. When I went to pick up my medication the pharmacy had all these excuses. Welp, I called ahead of time, to be sure there was no issues, was told there was none. I also mentioned I was a patient from out of town, therefore so is my Dr, but they put my prescription on a hold regardless or me stating this information, ahead of time, and being told ahead of time, there was no issue. My phone number is correct on my account, no one called me to ask any questions. They just ignored my prescription, didn’t fill it, or mentioned they’re abnormally closed on Sundays. This place is a total dumpster fire. If I could give zero stars, I would. Never going back there again.

Do not use this place for meds.They purposefully did not fill seizure medicine and gave me an excuse that the doctor never put it in. Even after the doctor called them and personally told them, they still didn’t fill it.I’ll be suing them for medical malpractice

Horrible pharmacy customer service. Phone is never answeredThey always delay prescriptions and give you a story that they’re out and will get it from a warehouseThe drive through line is terrible and the wait times are well over 20-30 minutes sometimes. Arrived for covid shot early. Asked if I could fill out needed paperwork and wait for my appointed time. Was told by young lady drunk with power, no I could not. At this time there were no customers in the pharmacy area. I waited in my car for 40 min. I went into a pharmacy that was now jammed with customers and was told I would need to Waite in line because it was too busy.
