I was staying in the area and stopped by here a couple times for supplies and each person at the front desk was super friendly. I saw it only a few stars so had to give out some good to the staff.

Please save your time and your sanity by not going too the Walgreens. The pharmacy wait times and staff are horrible. Seriously whether you go through the drive through or go in store, expect too wait over an hour!!!!

I just want to say that Kim, who works up front, at 4500 VA Beach blvd store (VA BEACH, VA) is exceptionally wonderful!! She is always friendly and helpful. She is knowledgeable about store products and operations. She even helped me with passport photos!! She is a joy to see when I shop at this store!

Pharmacy has been incredibly difficult to work with.
1. Said prescription was ready when it wasn't, wasted trip
2. Said it was ready, but upon picking up they filled the prescription wrong
3. Said corrected prescription was ready, upon pick up was told actually hadn't even ordered from the warehouse yet, another wasted trip
4. Order ready, but the good Rx price has jumped up by $60 in the months this order has taken to process

Don't get medication filled here, there is a severe lack of professionalism. The wait time quoted aren't accurate (3x quoted time). Their system had issues pulling up electronically submitted medications. The rest of the store is typical of these establishments, they keep it stocked and the other employees are helpful.

This pharmacy should just close. They're useless. The staff is friendly and I feel so bad for them. I went to get my scripts, and the wait was ridiculous. Y'all do know SICK people need their meds without having to wait an hour in line. Right. Now I've been on hold for 18 mins so I can cancel and transfer to Walmart. Which, by the way, is $15 vs. $50 (CVS $25). Walgreens is the most expensive. I left Walgreens with 2 calls ahead of me, went to Chipotle, ordered and got my food, just pulled home, and there's STILL 2 callers ahead of me. OOO, now there's one caller ahead of me. 20:02 mins into call. SMH! Shame on you. Your customers and employees deserve better. Hire more staff! Poke a fork in me. I'm done.

This Walgreens is beyond awful. Do yourself a favor and transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy. I refuse to get my medications at this location.

Every time I visit the pharmacy there is at least a 10 min wait. Every time I call, I am on hold 20+ minutes. I am not usually a complainer but the excuse of understaffing issues when there are 5 people behind the pharmacy counter talking has gotten old.

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. FIRST they aren't even open on weekends like normal Walgreens Pharmacies BEYOND STUPID moving on to SECOND they will not answer the phone AT ALL. finally THIRD the staff is incompetent and act like they hate their jobs.
