This literally has to be the slowest pharmacy ever. It doesn’t matter what time I try to pick up my prescriptions, there is always some kind of wait. The line at 4 was wrapped around the building and they only had one lane open.

The worst pharmacy around you wait days to get medicine and half the time they don’t have the medicine you need mine was due for refill 2 days ago and they are still out won’t have till Monday or tues they are the worst

It's no way that this company doesn't see these complaints about the pharmacy.
I was on phone for 30 minutes at work trying find out abouts my prescription. It's bad enough the Walgreens on Greenbrier pkwy wasn't open and don't answer the phone. And still can not get through to the pharmacy. I even tried the store to connect me.
I bet if you boycott these Walgreens and CVS it will change. What good is a pharmacy if you can't get your medicine or find out about your medicine. So, people have to stay in PAIN until the store answer the phone or let people there prescription is done??????

The pharmacy never answers calls I was in another state and no other Walgreens in the city could get ahold of the pharmacy to transfer my medication. I ended up being hospitalized because of it. Worse pharmacy ever.

Poor customer service at this location. Managers won’t reprimand employees. Pharmacy dept very nice but cashiers and store staff made me change my Wal-Greens.

I don’t think this location should take anymore pharmacy patients. The staffing is always way understaffed in comparison to the amount of cars and people that are in line in the store. Someone needs to approve some funding for at least 2-3 more techs and at least 1-2 pharmacists. Over an hour in line inside or outside to pick up a simple prescription is highly outrageous at 7:35 pm. People in here said they have been waiting had to wait and come back. Someone help these people back here #corporate
Edit took 15 min with one person in front me. When I was finally checked out is was 7 people in line behind me. Do better

When calling the pharmacy I've been mislead as to when my script would be ready. First they don't say who you're talking to. When they give you wrong information there's not a name you can put who you talked to.

Very unsatisfactory. The manager of the pharmacy keeps changing the reason why I can’t get my prescription filled. She told me my Medicaid card was in active, I called from the waiting area and it is active, then she said she didn’t have the insulin I needed but I had already spoke with someone and they did indeed have one vile finally she said because I got my Humalog cartridge ( an emergency pen) type insulin that I could not get my lyspro for my insulin pump. She was unkind and not listening to me at all. I am divested and may be looking to get my prescription elsewhere. Everyone else was kind Today is 05/09/24 and it is now 4:14 I have been here fighting for my insulin since 2:45

I think most of the people here have problems with their eyes??. They kept rolling their eyes at you when you asked questions or had a conversation with them. They acted like we were bothering them or something.
Just be there to get vaccinations. But it takes about 1 hour to get what you want. Especially, Tiffany Ha, the old Asian who disrespected my dad when he asked her some things. Go fix your eyes guys and get some lessons about respecting people even young or old. Or simply quit your jobs. Acting like “ Mean girls” but for what??

This particular Pharmacy has the worst customer service. The Pharmacy clerk is incompetent on simple computer skills of checking the Walgreens system of which store has medications in stock. This list provides a quick glance of inventory vice having the customer call each store, listen to the menu, and then tying up the vustomer service line. All due to someone being lazy to pull up one screen. In addition they are very rude wont even let a person talk.

This pharmacy is horrible. They disregard the hours of operation and close whenever they like. I stayed in line for over 30 min while they did not help anyone only to have them close the blinds at 9pm while they had over 4 cars of customers waiting to be helped. They very well knew that people were waiting to be helped. Very disappointed at the level of customer service that they provide. When you are able to talk to an associate they usually have an attitude and just are overall not pleasant to deal with. I think it's past time to find a new pharmacy.

WORST Walgreens. The manager assigned in the afternoon of Christmas day was so rude to us. She was supposed to assist the cashier to give us the discount for a product that was on promo but instead asked us to fall in line when we have already paid for our product. This is not the way how you treat your customer during Christmas and definitely not the way how you treat your regular customer. Now, my family and relatives will definitely not buy here. I hope the owner of this store will make proper action to that manager assigned on that shift if the owner wants to keep what is left of its loyal customers.
