Not reliable. Let's you make appointment and then tell you they dont offer those services. First they said that walgreens doesnt do it but I know walgreens does because they've done it before and then when I told them they stated that the specific location doesnt do it. This is understandable but then they allow customers to make appointments for those specific services. Then they canceled the appointment. They could have checked the appointments first and called the customers to notify the unavailable service but they dont and had no remorse at all for making the customers make the trip just to go back home. Customer service was zero.

The pharmacists at the location are great. They are competent and kind, and I really appreciated their help today.
I am 36wks pregnant and have had an appt scheduled for my RSV vaccine at the Indian River Walgreens for the past few weeks. This is a time sensitive vaccine, you can only get it during certain weeks of pregnancy with a prescription from your doctor. When I arrived for my appt, they told me they don’t have any in stock… but they don’t try to contact me before the appt or help me find a different location. I went to this pharmacy right after as a walk in and they were immediately more attentive. They had the vaccine in stock and administered it as soon as they could. The space was clean and I felt very comfortable. I believe the woman that administered my vaccine is named Kate - thank you, Kate! Highly recommend this location!

Today Saturday 2/8 around 3:39 pm I went to shop as usual, Employee Melissa opened a line as the line was getting longer. Melissa
Took the next customer in line I stood in line to be checked out next. After Melissa was done ringing up the customer she then called for the next customer in line. I said excuse me ma’am I was next. Melissa responded with oh I was taking the next customer I said and ok that’s me. Melissa then rolled her eyes and continued to ring up her supposed next customer.
The man and his son said I saw that you can just be the next customer in this line the man and his son switched spots with me. She rung them up I I am a regular here at this location I then, asked for the manager information as I’m highly dissatisfied with Melissa’s customer service. And the rolling of the eyes as if she was correct

Came to this location due to the other Pharmacy closing early. They was able to have my prescriptions ready within 10 mins of closing! Amazing staff and very friendly.

My experience at the Centerville Location in Virginia Beach was very impressive. I was able to find everything on sale and received my prescriptions really fast.

Robby and Dawn are great! Customer service on the phone and in person was a very positive experience. Took my new passport photo and the process only took a few minutes:)

Online order was never received per store manager. I told her I'm disabled and can't come into store, she offered no assistance after I showed her my confirmation.
Called customer care and they were even more unempathetic nor did they offer any free delivery (including over-the-counter meds) or apology, only said problems in their system and canceled my order per my request.
Looks like businesses are hiring anything breathing as placeholders now.

Employees are friendly but pharmacy prices are expensive and they don't automatically try to help reduce your out-of-pocket expense like some other pharmacies do ?

Pharmacist is very arrogant and done the absolute bare minimum. When asking questions she only became frustrated that she didn’t read the prescription correctly and when I turned to walked away, she began talking to her coworkers about me and mocking me that I was difficult. Very unprofessional!

Don’t use the photo shop here, they don’t have their equipment and miss place the parts and let you put in orders knowing they don’t have the proper equipment to make your photos
