I have been a long time, consumer of Wawa products, something for which I'm not super proud of the begin with... but which has certainly ended. You priced me (and likely many others) right out of spending money at your stores. This is the second time that I've walked into a Wawa walked up to the self check out, realized how much your prices have increased, and abandoned my purchases right there at the counter. It's just greed and I don't have to play along.

A worker named Michelle was very nice to me tonight when I had trouble finding something, and even stopped what she was doing to assist me. Bless her soul! Good people ur hiring!

I ordered a medium chili. It was less than half full. Not worth going back for a refund, but make sure that you check your food before leaving.

This Wawa location features Tesla Superchargers, though two of them were out of service during our recent visit. It’s conveniently located on Virginia Beach Blvd, in a well-lit area that feels safe, even at night. There’s also a Lowe’s nearby, adding to the convenience.
The staff were friendly, and the store itself was organized, though quite a few items were out of stock. Additionally, the soda machine wasn’t working during our visit, which was a bit disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was the state of the bathrooms. Not only did they need cleaning, but cleaning supplies and equipment were left inside, making the restroom unpleasant and smelly.
We didn’t order food on this visit, so I can’t comment on that aspect. On the plus side, there seemed to be plenty of gas pumps and parking available.

I just bought a sandwich there a little bit ago. Your multi grain bread is so very obviously stale that I can’t believe your employees actually made my sandwich with it. Do better.

Online orders that are door dashed have been missing something or the wrong flavor on several occasions. Other then that.... people are great!

This store does not prepare the food orders for delivery accurately. Spoke with Patrick about the DoorDash order and he admitted the drink was not picked up.

I placed a mobile order today (11/17/23) and picked it up about 5 minutes ago. I was waiting inside for over 10 minutes, as there were no orders placed inside of the mobile pickup area. The idiots had it sitting in the back the entire time. No one bothered to say a word or put the mobile order in the kiosk where it's supposed to be. Overall, just poor service. Other locations are much more professional and efficient.
Parking: When it's busy, parking is a little challenging. Otherwise, no problem.

This is ONLY about Wawa Pizza and my experience getting it here. The ordering was easy using the app. There were plenty of options and choices but not overwhelming. You will see the Sausage & Pepperoni pizza I got, one piece removed to show it wasn't too greasy. Garlic crust was an option but it didn't look very appealing and some of the outer crust was burnt. Cheese was good. Sauce was okay. Toppings were acceptable. Overall taste was good but definitely won't steer me from other pizza places we consider favorites. It is probably on par with Little Caesars. Price was not cheap so it isn't a bargain option, if you ask me.Now, on to the getting the pizza experience...I ordered 20-30 minutes before scheduled to be ready. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited in the parking lot. Went in and there was one person waiting for a pizza. The person at the counter was telling him and me that they were working on the pizzas. I watched two people get their pies. After I had waited 10-15 minutes longer than the scheduled time I was told it was just going in the oven and should be about 4 minutes. When I finally got it 20 or so minutes past the scheduled time I was thanked for my patience.Was it worth the wait? The only factor that makes that a yes was a $5 off discount. Otherwise not really. It's okay and absolutely not the worst pizza. I know what it's like to be busy but poor update frequency and overall wait time frustrated me.Would I recommend it? Coin flip to be honest. Without the poor wait time I might be less disappointed... For me I think I'll probably stick to subs and breakfast items.
