Hit or miss. Sometimes it's fine; other times not so much. Sometimes you get hot fresh food and good service; other times you get to stand at the counter for 10minutes to try and get gas and receive a small Mac n cheese when you pay for a medium

I recently had a fantastic curbside pickup experience at Wawa. I ordered a kids meal for my little one and, unfortunately, they were out of the boxed chocolate milk that was supposed to come with it. However, the general manager went above and beyond to ensure we still received the milk. Instead of just leaving it out or substituting it with something else, they gave us a whole pint of chocolate milk!
This gesture really showed their commitment to excellent customer service and making sure their customers are satisfied. It’s rare to find such dedication and attention to detail. Thank you, Wawa, for turning what could have been a small disappointment into a positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Delivery order was placed through the app and when the driver went to pick it up, part of the order couldn't be fulfilled. Understandable as the ingredients were not available and this wasn't reflected in the app. However, when the driver called me to notify me, the associate speaking to the driver told me I shouldn't have ordered an item out of stock and there was nothing they could do to accomodate. The half that actually got made was delicious as always, but patronizing customers never counts as good customer service. Wawa sells an awesome product and it's a pity to ruin that experience with rude employees.

The entire staff is an above and beyond team for sure
B U T the last 4-5 visits my recharger drinks have been awful!! This particular store used to be equipped with great barista station people, that could make a great accurate drink, now a days it’s just water a splash of juice or syrup literally no extra caffeine or immunity shots added which in fact are not cheap. I’ve been going to the one on the Blvd by Lowe’s and they’re on point with them.

How does this wawa run out of ice and treat ME like the one in the wrong? Telling me to go to another store. Asked if I can then order an Iced coffee without coffee, since the food prep can't give out ice, was told I can't, was told they have to wait till ice is made when i could clearly see ice being scooped out, was told i didn't just see ice get scooped out, went to a manager, she rang it up as an iced coffee and told them order 34 is just ice, got attitude from workers again even after manager spoke with them about the ice. 45 Minutes for ice and harassment. It's ice, not crack.

Out of all, this is my all time favorite Wawa to go to. They know I’m a regular and I’m there almost everyday, at weird hours, getting different stuff all the time. Always consistent on the milkshakes though. Hands down the best staff and never a bad experience.
