I came in at work, working EMS, and ordered my food. I got a call while I was waiting for my food. I let the employees know and they held my order until I could come back and made it hot and fresh like over an hour later. There’s no words to describe how thankful I was for a hot/fresh meal when it was so cold out!

Great experience! Very clean bathrooms. I have dietary restrictions and placed a food order. The employee made sure he understood and made my food to order. Fantastic! And Yummy of course!

Came here for lunch. Put in my order, then waited in line. After the first customer left, the cashier told me the line was closed and she had a sign up. I felt it was really rotten of her to have me stand there waiting for 2-3 minutes, then right when I come there she couldn't take the time to ring me up but told me to go wait elsewhere. It very well could have been on my part that I didn't see a sign, but I feel a very rotten person would wait until someone, who they would know is making a mistake, would wait until they completed a long order then tell the customer that their line is closed. The sign is facing the front of the store but people queue up around the side so maybe they don't see it.Overall very bad customer service and I won't be coming back here to order lunch. I feel that the place is too busy and maybe they underpay their employees to even care or consider their customers.

If you order a salad, don’t order it online, make sure you go in and watch them make it because I ordered online and they literally gave me a bowl of lettuce with ONE chicken strip, you support to get like 3/4 (i use to work at wawa) $10 I paid for that, smh. Why take people money like that…I definitely won’t order online again.

Wawa is a great company. Gas, coffee, and a bathroom break are welcome reliefs on a long road trip. Years ago Wawa sponsored free coffee to parents at Children's Hospital in Philadelphia. Sure was appreciated.
