A young lady in the morning was so helpful, I can’t remember her name but she wears glasses and she was a bundle of joy. She makes my coffee and breakfast. She also makes my day. Wonderful establishment and wonderful people. Thanks WAWA.

There's so much systemic incompetence that happens at these Wawa's in our communities. It's absolutely insane. The demand for Wawa's products and services, far outweigh the ability of the company to actually serve their products and services properly. Corporate desperately needs a new CEO.

Tonight my 16-year-old son was racially profiled at your store by Hannah, the manager on duty. After getting off work at 11:00 PM, he stopped in to purchase a sandwich before heading home. While in the store, he was followed the entire time, which made him uncomfortable.
After my son told me what happened, I called the store and spoke directly with Hannah. She stated that another employee reported “suspicious activity.” When I asked her whether my son paid for everything he picked up, she confirmed that he did.
This leaves me to conclude that the only “suspicious activity” was a 16-year-old Black male entering Wawa to buy food.
This experience was unacceptable, inappropriate, and deeply troubling. No child should be made to feel targeted or criminalized simply for existing. Shame on you, Wawa.

I was in there with three of my friends, taking a bit to choose our energy drinks. A lady that I assume is a shift lead came out and asked we close the refrigerator door, very reasonable and we were apologetic.
She passed by again shortly after, and told us we need to get from the back of her store and that “it doesn’t take 4 people to pick out a drink”, we all were getting multiple energy drinks to simply make it through finals. We all have worked or currently work similar jobs so understand how it gets, but she was unnecessarily rude.

Went this morning at 535 am today just like any morning, brought my items to the register to purchase for the young lady just look at me, said nothing and did not ring up where I had to go to self checkout and ring my items up when she finally stated, as I was leaving I'm sorry I didn't see him. If my money and visiting for breakfast is not good, I will stop visiting and just go to 7 eleven since my service and money is only met with no service and stated I'm sorry I didn't see you. What type of customer service is that for loyal customer.
