I have been waiting for 20 minutes in line, one teller and one banker in the office. Several cars were lined up at the drive through and were told if they wanted to be helped, they needed to come into the office.I’m here to cash in a CD ( BTW, never received a notice that it matured ) and the banker who had no one in her office said I could come back at 4pm !I understand being short staffed, but what I don’t understand is the two employees that are working couldn’t be less helpful .

The tellers were extremely polite and helpful. The building was totally empty of customers like the parking lot. I was unable to open an account due to the account manager in the office who heard me come in made the teller behind the counter go poke her head in her office before telling me that the account manager was unable to help me. I was told the account manager was fully booked with appointments. The account manager showed poor customer service. She could have easily and politely dealt with me. I will not go to that branch again.

While other banks are open, Wells Fargo continues to see customers inside by appointment only.

Best customer service in town. The Branch Manager, Jo Anne, has been so wonderful and patient in getting my daughter set up with her own checking and savings accounts, and gives her guidance on using her money wisely and growing her savings. We're so lucky to have a true 'hometown banker' like her in our neighborhood!

Horrible service. Manager is extremely rude. Usually great people that know what they are doing but the grandma behind the counter was clueless and emotionless. Moving all my accounts to another bank. DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO!

I'm not a Wells Fargo customer anymore, but use to be over 5 years ago. The location is a good one for me and others that reside on the Shore Drive corridor. The exterior around the building is tidy. The structure itself is well maintained. Parking is adequate directly in front of the bank. It's been years since I stepped foot in the full service bank. However, the ATM has been convenient and my new bank Bank of America covers the fee. The single ATM machine is an easy in out. My visit last month to get cash prior to a a trip was uneventful in a good way. My card work, I got the cash I requested and a receipt. It may not be a go to often, but if I'm passing any way why not.
