This branch has the WORST service of any WF location I have been to. I had a real estate closing nearby so I decided to use this branch to get a cashier's check prior. Thankfully I showed up well in advance. I was the second person in line and it took 27 minutes before I was called up to a teller. Six people came into the branch and got in line behind me and all six left without being seen because it took too long. Unfortunately I did not have a choice and had to wait. If I can help it, I will never set foot in this branch again.

I visited this Wells Fargo location yesterday afternoon, April 12th, and I was completely amazed at the customer service and hospitality by the staff members. I interacted with both bank tellers working that day, and each were exteremely nice, helpful, and accomodated to my needs. The bank manager also came by the customer line and asked how she could assist each customer which I have never seen performed before at a Wells Fargo branch. Major kudos to this Wells Fargo and its staff! I won't forget this trip!

They closed super early on Christmas Eve. I called ahead and they said they’d be open. Come there. Branch is closed. Called them back and they were just as confused as me the Wells Fargo company didn’t know they were out early. I understand you want to be with your families. But it should be made aware so others can make arrangements and not drive 25 minutes to get there for them to be closed, and nobody at Wells Fargo knows why. Over 20 people here using the atm. Smh.

I came today to open an account and deposit.
The teller was rude, dismissive, and lacked customer service etiquette.
I could see the judgment on the tellers' face the moment she called me up next. As a government employee, I do not appreciate the way I was treated, so I decided to take my business to Bank of America, where I was seen and treated with the utmost respect.

Outstanding customer service. A lady who was speaking with another customer acknowledged me and other patrons by smiling at us when we walked in, signifying she will be right with us. She then came over to ask how she could assist and then told me the teller would be able to help me. Billy provided excellent service with a smile on his face. This bank is very well managed. This treatment is refreshing!

Customer reps and tellers of wells Fargo bank have no kindergarten manners. It takes strength to put up with the unprofessional attitudes of employees, customers deserve better.The only reason why I Bank there is because they have safety deposit boxes that they don't have at my other bank.

I constantly assist our foreign employees in opening their bank accounts, so I know exactly what documentation I need to provide each time. This is the first branch that asked us for proof of residency with leases and utility bills. What do you do with foreign clients that are here for business? How can they possibly provide that? I'm not sure if they don't want to work or what, but AVOID this branch if you need to get things done. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely the worst Customer Service ever! Charlene and Jose has No manners. Jose blatantly skipped over people in line to help those that he knew. Charlene is loud and obnoxious for no reason. The Manger Kathy was then requested and she faked being busy so that she didn’t have to address how Rude her employees were being to all customers. She was literally standing in the corner watching everything but got busy when she was needed.

third time I have been here and have had to wait over 10-12 minutes inside to simply cash a check..when you only have a 30minute break..this is irritating at best staff is friendly but obiviously they need more help
