Ridiculous long line and only one teller. Two other employees (I believe at least one was the manager) sitting in a chair doing nothing to assist the line. Absolutely the worst Wells Fargo I’ve been to.

I visited the branch this morning to change my last name , I asked a woman in a white blazer if I needed to stand in line or wait for a banker and she rolled her eyes . I ended up leaving because I couldn’t believe how rude this woman was. This branch is closest to my home , but I’ll drive a further distance to another Wells Fargo . This woman’s attitude was disgusting and not helpful at all . Do better !

Absolute joke !!! Manager has to get her/his act together and either run this place like a pro or find another job . Employees are lazy and rude .. I won’t get into a details but every single time I visit this location it’s a problem .. I don’t write reviews cuz it’s a waste of time and I wasted enough time in this place .. I won’t be back and hope this location will close and stop disappointing customers ..

Rudest most unhelpful bankers I’ve ever Met. It’s really sad they treat their customers like we are an inconvenience to them, when they wouldn’t have a job without their customers. Today was the last time I will ever step foot in Wells Fargo on Kempsville! I waited in line for over 15 min with only one banker open and 2 others just laughing and talking. Just terrible customer service.

The window teller was very rude. I was cashing in a wells Fargo money order that I purchased from this branch. I gave the teller my ID and bank card. She says bank card needs to be signed. I signed the card C I D. She says she need a signature or another form of ID. My name is on money order, on my bank card and my drivers license. What other form of ID. Asked for my stuff back ill go to another Wells Fargo.

They refused to sitdown and help you. The banker insisted that my mother handled her banking through the drive in window. I kept saying to her my mom needed to get a third party to retrieve money out of a special account. very the banker was ornery. Like she didn't want to be there. Bad service. So iam taking my $50.000 to another bank.

Lines at forced drive thru service are extremely long. The fact you need to make appointments is illogical. Either offer in person service or don't. What is this halfway nonsense? How does an appointment prevent infection any more than standard operations with masks? Reevaluate your procedures and learn how to operate properly. Your reviews are tanking and its because your location offers terrible service.

Worst experience in banking ever. The people here do not care about their customers. Their ATM ran out of cash and they wouldn’t even let us in the door to talk to them without an appointment.Guess what, I’m not depositing another penny with this bank until they set up an appointment with me.Horrible bankers.
