Kid-friendliness: I visited this Wendy’s at courthouse in Virginia Beach and the Black shaved manager was outstanding service provided! He was very funny and nice while I was ordering my meal with my family! We enjoyed our experience and will return often because he made us feel welcome and at home! I loved his customer service attitude!

me and my friends went through the drive thru at first and the manager (big, bald ,and black) had said something to us, we didn’t hear so my friends said “what was that” and she rudely repeated what she said slowly as if we were dumb. so then we told her 4 orders, she replied “ok” and we continued with the FIRST order. after that was done i proceeded to say my order. she cuts me off and says “theres another order” after she already acknowledged there was multiple orders. i told her 4 and she said she only takes 2 so we decided to just go inside. we go to order our food and sat down. i opened my burger bun to take the onions and tomato off and there was a hair. it was taken up to the front to a manager and the same big, bald and black manager said “girl i dont see a hair.” whether she said she seen a hair in it or not, i wasnt asking for my money back , I JUST WANTED A NEW ONE !!! rudely AGAIN . on another hand, none of the employees were wearing gloves and half of them werent wearing hat/hairnets. and she was yelling at her employees like they were her little minions. if you hate your job that bad QUIT! my first time coming here and im HIGHLY disappointed.

I just left this Wendy’s drive trough… the girl who was taken and making my order was so rude and disrespectful… the way she talked to me and the response when I told her she was missing a drink… she opened the window with a really bad actitud… just woow. So disappointed for the customer service.

Placed a mobile order after my daughter's dance class. Selected drive thru as my method for pick up. My receipt literally says DRIVE THRU ORDER on it. My daughter is 4. I got to the window and sat for 5 minutes before being greeted with a "33?" To which I replied "I have a mobile order." He said "you gotta pick that up inside." so I had to unbuckle my daughter, take her out, and go inside to get my order that the same dude in the drive thru put together and walked around the counter to set on a stand. You couldn't just hand me my order? Dont give option for DRIVE THRU pick up if you don't want to give ppl their order in the drive thru. The ultimate "I don't want to people" move ever. Except you still had to people because you had to interact with me, I bogged down your drive thru, and you assembled my order anyways. One of the most asinine things I've seen from this generation in a hot minute.

WORST WENDYS IN AMERICA! I just want to know how this Wendy’s is still in business.3.6 stars overall is super generous. They are more like a 1.6 at their very best.

Giving them a one star is being generous. We waited in line for 30 ish minutes for them to forget half of our food. When we asked the staff about it they said that it was all there even though we only had half. They had extremely poor customer service and they had no urgency at all.

Everytime I go for a run over here to order breakfast & coffee, the doors are always locked at their regular store hours. When someone comes to the door, they just pointed to the drive thru, no explanation or exceptional customer service. I don't have a car with me usually when I run around the area. What do you guys expect, to stand in the drive thru lane? I'm not one for complaining usually, but this has been happening since the pandemic times. Wendy's, do better and fix this. Open the lobby for those who wants to dine in for breakfast.

I'm writing because I went through the drive through around 1015pm. Ordered a biggie bag which included a double bacon cheeseburger. At my request to have a special order without cheese and mayo. Received my order and it was wrong. The on duty supervisor clearly stated I was wrong. When I came back to the window and said I requested no cheese and just bacon with pickles only. Miscommunication is sometimes at fault. But when I sent it back, he came out to give me the new one. Still made wrong. The sandwich was missing the bacon. I understand people make mistakes but it's unfortunate that they didn't listen to me the second time. But the most important thing is that why is your manager serving food with no hairnet or hat and nothing on his beard. So disgusting to see someone of management who is clearly careless of his hygiene.

Wendy's food is really good. But this one...they jacked up my mobile order. No sauces, missed a drink, gave me a drink I didn't order, and my spicy chicken sandwich was 2 bottom buns.

This location is near my house unfortunately, always bad service but me and my son had to listen to the drive thru cashier and manager have a huge argument with lots of profanity from both parties. Very unprofessional especially with my young son in the car and the window wide open.
