“Abraham quoted me $149 a tire which is the reason i went to R&R. I was also told my appointment would be from 4-5pm

I received my quote and they charged me $298 a tire AND my appointment was actually 4-6pm and i ended up waiting there for over 2 hours. I should've just gotten my wheels done at the dealership since they were the same price.

Update: The manager made things right. He called me and apologized for the discrepancy and refunded me the difference. Im pleased to say that with the level of transparency with this company I will get tires through them again.”

“Just arrived to the store for my 8:30 am appointment. I ordered and paid for my tires and alignment prior to arriving and had a specific budget for this work when ordering in person with them the day before. After arriving today, I was asked to replace my lug nuts due to a safety issue with them being swollen; at an additional cost which I declined. It got a little awkward when I offered to go somewhere else if they were uncomfortable with continuing to which they declined and said they would continue the work... The management did the right thing and decided to replace the lug nuts at no cost and came to let me know while waiting. Thank you for doing the right thing instead of continuing the upsell and pressuring the issue. I will return for future work.”

“I’ll always come here for my tires—not just because the prices are great, but because the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. They never pressure you into making a purchase.
I stopped by yesterday because I was concerned about my rear tires. One of the staff members came out to my suv and checked the tread on all four tires. He measured them at 6 and 7 and explained that replacement is usually recommended when they reach a 4, which gave me peace of mind.
He also noticed some tread chunking on one of my rear tires. Since my vehicle is some what newer, he took the time to explain what might have caused it and the steps I should take next.
I really appreciate the honesty and helpfulness great service like this is hard to find. Highly recommend!”

“In my 35+ years of taking cars to shops, this is the absolute best. Every interaction has been so professional and positive. They didn't charge me to remove a nail from my tire so I went back, again, and again... They only charge for what they do when you go for an alignment, etc. and their staff is the most professional I've ever seen. I don't know how they get these great folks but hats off the management for getting them and keeping them. I bright light in an industry that can often be a real pain.
