I needed a formal dress and shoes for a wedding on short notice- I’m so glad I went to this store! First time shopping there and I would definitely go back. Whole outfit was just over $100 and the selection of dresses was fantastic!

Hidden gem in Lynhaven Mall! MARIAH was SUPER KIND and helpful even when it was the closing hour and everyone and their momma was in there shopping and trying on dresses at the last minute for HOCO! Thank yall so much for being such good energy <3 definitely coming back to shop soon!

This was my first time actually going all the way in the store and the gentleman DC. He was so awesome his customer service was just very overwhelmingly. Great, he didn't make me feel uncomfortable. He just helped me save so much money. I will definitely be returning thanks to him. And young lady, which I forgot her name, but she had her green pants and she was fanastic too.

If you are looking for a dress for College Graduation, I recommend Windsor. I had went to numerous stores that did not have what I was looking for. Although I am not a dress and heels girly, I am very PICKY. The ladies here were very friendly, attentive and patient with me as I tried on 3 different pairs of heels. I should have came here first! They even have bras designed for dresses (strapless & backless bras) which is amazing! They also have a lot of really nice prom dresses!

They have the prettiest dresses and the nicest employees! Lauren was working the second time I went in and was SO helpful, kind and funny! She made the experience! All of the employees working the Monday before were also delightful and helpful to finding my dress :) if you need a prom dress or formal dress, come here! I will be back

Had an AMAZING experience at this store tonight! I was frantic looking for a formal dress and didn’t realize the store closed at 7. It was 6:45 and this was the only night I had available to find something and I was near meltdown phase. All of the employees - DC, Mariyah, Malai, and Dana - helped me look, listened to my needs, brought me dresses to the fitting room, and even closed the store late to help me find something that I felt beautiful in! Their customer service was insurmountable! I would give the 4 of them 100 stars just for their kindness. Bravo Windsor on restoring my faith in humanity today.

What a great experience! I brought my daughter here to get a dress for her sweet 16th birthday party. The dress we found was very cute and super affordable. Also, the customer service was outstanding!! We were greeted with smiles and awesome energy. Thank you to Lauren (Co-manager), DC (Assistant manager) and Rylee (stylist). They were incredibly helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be back to shop.

I found the dress of my dreams for my birthday and it was the only one in the store. When I went to purchase it, the sensor wouldn’t come off. Val and Dascha tried absolutely everything they could for at least 30 minutes to try to remove it. They were just as determined as I was, so they gave me a discount to let me take it home to try and remove it. They even offered to let me bring and back for a refund and if I couldn’t get it off. I was able to remove it with very little damage to the dress! Thanks to these girls my birthday will be everything I imagined. Seriously a huge shoutout to Val and Dascha, if it wasn’t for their persistence I wouldn’t have even had the courage to try! I would give 10 stars if I could ❤️❤️❤️❤️ They 100% deserve a raise for all their help
