Always have an easy and great experience here. They have a really good and fair system on how they price things and the consigner contract. Every experience with them i know what to expect and am very happy to do business with them. Corissa and the other ladies that work there always welcome me in and help me with what i need with a smile. Im so glad I found this place and can see myself being a customer for a very long time. Thank you all for everything!

My 93 year old mom visiting for the holidays spends a good half hour trying on shoes and finds two pair that fit perfectly. She asks the manager if she could use the restroom and was told "No, it's an insurance policy issue and I can't let you". The manager then proceeds to threaten throwing her out of the store. She even has the audacity to come out of her "hole" as she is taking off the shoes to say to my mom, that she was on the phone with the owner and still wouldn't let her use their restroom. I had to take my mom next door, order some food, so that my mom could get some relief. I use to be a frequent shopper here when it was ran and operated by a lovely woman with employees who knew how to run a business and to treat their customers. They had a public restroom. The quality of their consigned clothing at that time was a place you knew you would find something nice and leave happy and with a free caramel something that the new owner chose to do away with, guess that was an insurance issue too.

As both a customer and a consignor, I find myself very disappointed in their policies. To be fair, it is all laid out in the contract that you sign 90 days before, that you must pick up your items 7 days after that. What I didn’t realize is that they won’t even send you any kind of reminder email or anything letting you know that that date is up (I could have sworn someone told me they did), nor do you get even one warning if you mess it up. They will just say that your items are now property of the store, even if you’ve already gone and pulled all of your available items and they’re clearly available. They’ll keep referring back to the contract.I could understand if someone were a chronic offender, but the very first time?It just feels like theft.I completely understand the need to have policies in place, but being so rigid all the time means that a small business is going to lose business. Worth the Wait has certainly lost all of my business, both as a consignor and as a customer.

I went in to shop bad idea apparently. He husband went in with me and was going to wait till I was finished, he sat on a stool designated for sitting . He was asked not to sit on the stool. The only reason I suspect is that he was a black man.???????

I want to 1st say, I just had leave the handbag i wanted to buy behind because this store had counted their cash register 15 minutes before closing, and would not accept cash. Which made me feel like i was not a valued customer and my purchase did not matter. I'm also a customer who has done consignment with them as well. This store has a lot of nice items available to purchase. However, I wouldn't recommend doing consignment with them. I only received a total of $22 (my cut) of shoes (brand new) worth easily $140. I felt Plato's Closet would have paid me more.

This is an amazing place to shop and to consign. Worth the Wait is fair and has great prices. From very high end designers to amazing unique finds. This is a one of a kind boutique! I consider it the best at the Beach!

This was my first time visiting this shop while traveling in the area. The shop was very cute and clean. They sell some new items as well. I purchased tops, outerwear, dresses, and purses. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband was shopping at another store, so I sent him photo evidence of what was taking me so long.? I can't wait to wear my new items.

If Do you plan to bring clothes here make sure you know all the rules and regulations. My sister has many medical issues and I try to bring clothes in for her as I live out of state and was on a time limit and they were very difficult and would not accept the clothes because my sister had to fill out the paperwork and would not allow me to do it. I even offered to go get her license and have her sign the paperwork they would not allow that. Nothing like trying to help out the elderly and handicap.

I have visited this establishment on a number of occasions and find everyone to be quite helpful. The owner Jenn is always nice and polite.
