“Thank you to Mrs. Suzanne for helping me figure out the issue with my Debit card. I had went through fraud, which PNC picked up very quickly; so they sent me a new card. The card they had sent me was defective. I couldn't make any online/credit purchases or pay any bills. Mrs. Suzanne tried to figure out what was going on and ultimately printed me a new card that has since had NO issues. I just want to thank you for being so kind, alert, and accommodating.
